Atrocious customer service if you can call it that. My order was missing an item and the delivery photo clearly shows there was only 1 pizza delivered when it was supposed to be 2. Contacted through app and email and was told that there was nothing they can do. How is not fulfilling an order completely something they couldn't do anything about. A simple credit for the missing item would have been the obvious solution and what other food delivery services would have done immediately to rectify the situation. I've since deleted my account completely and will never use this service because when anything wrong happens with your order you're basically out of luck.

Waited two hours for a pizza. I contacted customer service and the said they had delivered to the wrong address. I asked for a refund and they refused. Said they could cancel the order but couldn't give a refund. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I've spent a lot a money through skip and now I will never use it again.

Have had repetitive terrible experiences.
Finally have learned my lesson after my food was delivered to the wrong address and they expected me to go and see if I could find it.
Will never use again.

Ordered a meal last night. App said it was delivered. Used app for customer service and they said driver took a picture of the order he left in the hallway of my apartment building. No food was there. Skip the dishes does not care about the customer. When a tip is paid in advance the worker does not work hard to earn it.
Ordered SKIP again today since they instantly take your money and have a refund choice of an instant credit or 10 days for your money back. So I Ordered a BOGO deal. The single product showed up no BOGO. No refund. Too many times has Skip completely messed up my meal. Drivers are lazy and do not knock. Leaving your food free for the pirates. Greedy company that does not care about the customers

This should be called stealing. Placed an order did not receive it. Got a picture of delivery that was not my house. Contacted Chat line no one answered! Called the merchant who had skip call me. That representative said she could only refund a portion. They kept all service fees and TIP! Seriously! I will never use this service again. They are thieves. So much for trying to use a Canadian Company

Wrong items were sent and I was overcharged. I immediately tried to contact "support' Waiting time to chat was up to 2 HOURS? and my query was left unanswered
FOUR HOURS LATER!
This feels like scam tactics right before the business folds
Shady, AND I WAS RIPPED OFF
*Update? It's now been SEVEN hours w zero resolution because the Restaurant is closed
Advisor clearly had no training and chose to pass it on as opposed to actually trying to achieve a resolution. ZERO PR skills.

My order was to Subway here in Edmonton. I waited and waited for them to confirm my order and finally phoned. They said they had not received my order - maybe order again? I already paid wo I was not going to do that. I went to support on Skip The Dishes and clicked help and chose speak to an advisor. OVER 2 HOURS to get to speak to an advisor on their online chat! Dismal. I wanted a refund. I really want them to tell me why so long to speak to an advisor. I tried clicking didn't get my order but it failed to connect and sent me to online chat.

Food was 2 hours late. No response from their customer help centre . Do yourself a favour, either make dinner yourself or go pick up your order . Don’t rely on these people . Customer service is far down their list of priorities.

I have used Skip the Dishes for a few years, but overall quality has dropped dramatically. Availability of drivers causes delivery delays which in turn often means cold food. It also seems like restaurants put minimaEXTREl effort into the preparation and handling of Skip orders. This may seem strange because it also reflects on the restaurant, but its like the quality suffers. By this I mean missing or incorrect items. I had been ordering frequently, up to twice a day but, due to the frequent errors, Skip decided to refuse any further refund requests in a very high handed manner. To which I cancelled Skip+ membership and now use Door Dash exclusively. Screw you Skip the Dishes!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Too bad I can't give negative stars. After placing an order for delivery and waiting 45 min, being told that the order was picked up and on its way, we received a notice that the order was cancelled as the "partner was unavailable", aka the restaurant did not exist. Why they offered that restaurant as an option to order from is beyond me. AND they led me to believe the meal was prepared and being delivered. I wrote an email to customer support to complain and received no answer, not even an acknowledgement. It certainly feels like a SCAM!!

Skip this one. Terrible service, the website is weird and misleading. Not good.

First time to try to order using the Skip App, after placing my order, there’s a message on the app that pops out saying I can get a free delivery on my order so I click and then it asked for my card details which I gave to give my rebates yet unfortunately I was shocked that instead of rebate, I was charged of $26.95 for freeshipment membership. Skip App not safe, infested by scammer links.

This is the worst app I have ever used, genuinely the worst and why? Bad customer service, slow, scammers and lots of stealers. Never using this ever again. My driver canceled the order when he was 5 mins away from my house and drove away not responding to any messages, nothing. Don't ever try using this, Uber eats is way better.

So sick of them delivering the wrong good or no food at all! It’s their core business how can they get it so wrong.

You have a terrible human being employed as your senior onboarding specialist in Calgary named Sabrin Hasan who sabotages people online with false statements and fabrications. She's a truly terrible person who doesn't deserve to be employed by Skip. Figured you should know now, she'll show her true colors eventually and they are really ugly. She gives your business a bad name. Her actions will almost certainly result in legal ramifications eventually. As low character as they come. Just a heads up. If someone like that's worked for me I'd sure want to know how terrible they were representing themselves and my business in the public eye.

AWEFUL SERVICE! Don't use it! This is not the first time I have issues with Skip the dishes but today it was enough.
I placed an ordered and the restaurant missed 2 items, I contacted Skip to complaint and they were giving me a refund which it didn't make sense . I spent 20 dollars and they were going to give me 15!!
Ridiculous, nobody helps, is a Robot you are chatting with. Nobody takes responsibility

Skip is ridiculous. Signed up to get a delivery for our dinner 2.5hrs later I get a call from Skip asking why I haven't "picked up" my food! Turns out they don't deliver to my area!! Nothing warned me on the app. No note or anything saying "hey we looked at your address, and we don't deliver there"!! We're going to drive and pick up our cold order. They offered us credits! Yeah, like I'm EVER using them again! 😡😡😡
