I've visited this clinic twice now for gummy smile botox. Each visit i have been treated so kindly and professionally by all staff. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. The place is easy to access with paid and street parking. Genuinely no complaints.

This review is specifically about the Richmondhill location and its staff, not the injector, Jina. I’ve actually had a very positive experience with her, who is professional and does a great job.
Unfortunately, my experience with the staff at this location has been consistently disappointing. The receptionists are cold, and dismissive, and I’ve experienced serious issues with communication and payment that were caused by their own mistakes. I was even threatened with collections over an issue that resulted from their side.
What concerns me most is the lack of professionalism and client care. Cosmetic treatments are discretionary services that people spend their extra money on, so the client experience should matter. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders how staff are trained, particularly when it comes to communication, and basic customer service.

I had a fabulous first experience with Skin Vitality - Eglinton location. All the staff were kind and professional, and my injector Patricia was sweet, made me feel comfortable and extremely thorough process-wise. I will definitely be back to Skin Vitality!

Great experience, professional staff including medical doctor.

It’s so easy to book and appointment via phone or text, knowledgeable staff to answer questions, always triple checking health info and doing things safely and in a sterile environment. Ana is an absolutely amazing nurse / injector - so calm and reassuring with a very light touch. Convenient location, accessible parking and hours of operation only add to the positive experience. It’s the 1st and only place I’ve ever gone for my treatment(s) and the only place I WILL continue to go. Also ? Can’t beat the amazing products/deals …. Always something available to help keep the costs down.

I had a positive experience here, initially I had some issues but they really try to make things right and make sure you’re happy! I think mistakes are normal but how you come back from them is the important part, I think people there are knowledgeable, I highly recommend Aggie(hope I spelled her name right) she’s honest trustworthy and cares about her clients :)

They negotiated a fair price for the service, and were very professional regarding the amount to inject. The process was quick and easy. I can already see the results, so I’m very happy!

I've always had a fantastic experience at the Ajax location (haven't visited any others). The staff are all so nice, very informative and understanding of my needs. The instructions were clear and I felt I was really heard with what I need and given options. I would highly recommend this clinic, they will take the best care of you!

I have been going to the Whitby Skin Vitality Clinic for just shy of 2 years now and I have loved every single experience I’ve had with their team. The nurses as well as the receptionist are always so kind, informative and attentive. I would recommend anyone looking for their next medical clinic they choose this spot.

All staff I met with during my appointment, were kind, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. The location was extremely clean, modern and welcoming and the treatments provided were done accurately and professionally.

The experience at this place was really poor. They have very little respect for patient's time and preferences. Every time I had an appointment and requestes not to be booked with one particular technician, I always ended up being booked with her. On top of that I had 13 sessions of laser hair removal and the reaults wer suboptimal. I still have a lot of hair and I am not from a thick hair ethnicityn yeg the 13 sessions were not enough for me, not even for my toes.. I always felt like they were not using the right "strength" because I never felt anything and even after questioning it, nothing changed!

My experience at the clinic was good for the micro needling I was given. The reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is due to the fact the appointment was booked with a marketing company. They kept calling and texting me and offering special offers with different consultants and I would try to reach the same one but did not succeed. When I finally booked I was under the impression that this was for exosomes microneedling so I was disappointed to find out it was with hyloronic acid when I arrived. Not the staffs fault. The marketing is very aggressive and somewhat confusing.
