Excellent customer service , very friendly and professional. Safety first. Very nice establishment. Can’t wait to get started.

I had PRP with microneedling sessions at this clinic, specifically because I wanted to address my under-eye area. During my consultation, I clearly explained my concerns and was assured that PRP could help me achieve the results I was looking for.

I completed the recommended sessions and waited patiently for the results, as I was advised. Unfortunately, I saw no meaningful improvement.

During my last session, I raised my concerns again because I was frustrated with the lack of results. They acknowledged my concerns and recommended that I contact their helpline team. Surprisingly, I received no response until I posted a review online.

Once my review was posted, I received a response very quickly and was offered a complimentary session. I appreciated the gesture and agreed, believing they were genuinely trying to resolve the issue. I even deleted my original review.

Unfortunately, the same problem happened again. I emailed them five different times trying to schedule the additional session, and once again, I was completely ignored.

At this point, I feel that both my money and my time have been wasted. The lack of results was already disappointing, but the repeated lack of communication and follow-up made the experience even worse.

I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Offering a complimentary session means very little if the clinic does not actually follow through with booking it.

And honestly, there is no need to reply to this review now. I already tried reaching out multiple times by email and received no response.

Overall a good experience I find that the technicians really listen to not only your needs, but also your budgetary requirements. It’s a collaborative approach to work together to find a solution.

It’s been 2 weeks since my appointment and it’s safe to say that this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself! I was initially very nervous and apprehensive about going through with my masseter Botox injections. I went for my consultation today and I was pleasantly surprised.
Kailee was very professional and was very clear and concise when answering my questions and also provided me with information to make a better decision.
Zoe was also professional and provided me with information before and during and after the procedure.

Oakville location- I had a great experience. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase more units like I have in the past. I didn’t have to wait. Plus my nurse amazing, honest about pros and cons of treatments and did a great job.

My botox showed instant results and was not painful. It was also a beautifully decorated space, the ambiance was nice. As s person who is in medical settings often, I appreciated this so much.
