I still haven’t received my order. I’ve contacted the support email THREE times asking for an update and NO ONE has responded. Horrible experience.

Skin care for men :)
This was my second time ordering from Skin Library and I was really happy with my package again. The products have been great so far and I’m already seeing a difference in my skin after about a week of consistent use. Delivery was also under a week which was great but I had to pay extra import taxes, although I’m not too sure about what the rules on that are for Switzerland so will look into it. It would be nice if there was perhaps a point systems or something of the sorts that could contribute towards discounts on future purchases. Also love that every order comes with samples of other products as well. All in all, big fan of skin library and would definitely recommend to blogs. Website is also really helpful in explaining different products especially useful for a guy like me who is still relatively new to proper skincare and trying to learn as much as I can.

Nice range at good prices
Good prices, order arrived quickly after purchase. Excellent products - I quite like the fact it's a curated selection rather than every product under the sun, it makes it easier to find something good that is right for me. Lots of products available in smaller sizes so you can try them before buying full product to see if it works for your skin - I tried some mini versions of AXIS-Y products (having never bought from the brand before) and think they are super. Will likely return to buy full size versions of the same. COSRX cica powder also fab and lower priced than elsewhere I looked.

Id been searching for some new Korean skincare, but found websites would only stock one or two of the items I wanted, Skin Library had them ALL and more, plus I had free delivery!

The delivery was really fast, despite ordering over a bank holiday weekend, and I was so impressed with the items. I also had lots of little complimentary tester items added in which was a lovely surprise!
