Shipping was fast and clean. The product was well-wrapped and the price was a bit lower than I found elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. I have been dealing with this situation for 2 months. My order was lost, and I gave the company several opportunities to send a replacement, but nothing ever happened. No shipment, no tracking information, and no meaningful response from support.

Giving this company another chance was completely pointless. I eventually had to demand an immediate refund. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never order from Skincare Market again and cannot recommend this store.

I have been buying all my Dermalogica products from skincare market for many years. I use the intensive moisture Balance, the intensive moisture cleanser and multi active toner. They products were recommended to me by the esthetician that I started going to years ago. I bought them locally and the I found skincare’s website. It saves you a fortune and they do free shipping for over a certain dollar amount. Which I get even when I only get one product. I’ve gotten so many compliments over the years on my skin. It cost over $20.00 more for the same products at other stores!

My order never came, customer service took forever to reply. They claimed to have re-send the order, but that one also never came. I never got my money back either. Do not trust this place.
