I have been following Dr V many years
I have been following Dr. V for many years since YouTube. I have always trusted her products and any recommendations due to always having a reason behind which products to use and which not because of the ingredients she highlights and explains! I have a routine of products based on her recommendations that have worked amazingly well and now that her own line is available in the US. I am grateful as her products have been beautiful on my skin I felt immediate difference moment I treated my skin!.

The concealer is a great product
The concealer is a great product. Easy to use and I guessed my colour perfectly looking at the images provided online. I find I can use this as a standalone without any other make up and I love that. Feels comfortable not cakey and a great colour match. Definitely purchasing again!

Most effective products for my oily/combination skin!
The most effective skincare for my sensitive, oily/combination skin. I see the difference every morning and can tell when I don't use it. Love the brand and everything it is for us people of color! It is a little pricey for me with shipping as i live in the United States, but because I can trust these products on my skin and I've seen results it has been worth it.

We did try to arrange for the parcel to be resent, however this would have required a new shipping fee, which you understandably did not wish to pay, so we processed a full refund for you instead.

I like that you do respond to questions and concerns. But sometimes the response feels too generic and not personalized.This discourages me from reaching out with any further concerns.it will be nice to be able to get or hear directly from Dr. V herself. It makes me doubt if you really care about your customers or care more about selling the products.

We completely understand the wish for SPF in the eye area. In practice, however, it’s very difficult to include meaningful sun protection in a concealer. To reach a true SPF level, a product has to be applied in a much larger amount than people would ever use under the eyes, which would lead to heavy texture, creasing and irritation. Mineral UV filters also tend to alter colour, thickness and blendability, which would compromise shade accuracy and the smooth finish of the concealer.
For this reason, a dedicated sunscreen applied underneath gives far more reliable and comfortable protection, while allowing the concealer to remain lightweight, flexible and natural looking on the skin.

Products have list of ingredients and their specific function.
I also tried the products that are available in India apart from those in the UM; love the face wash and the mist! Truly amazing and great value for money.

The worst sunscreen i have ever tried! Its very very greasy, doesn’t hold any makeup even after using the setting spray! The skin looks horrible after using! I love dr Vanita’s youtube but this product was an absolutely waste of money for me!

The formula is intentionally richer as it’s designed for normal to dry skin, which is stated in the product description on our website. For many users this allows makeup to sit comfortably on top, but we understand that skin types and routines vary and that it didn’t work well in your case.

After watching dozen of Dr V's videos on Youtube, I gave the Body range a try. I was not disappointed!
I truly enjoyed my experience with the body range. I was initially concerned that the Body Brightening Oil might not suit my dry skin, but I was pleasantly surprised—upon usage my skin feels hydrated and nourished without any tacky feeling. After a few uses, I now layer the oil with a richer cream moisturizer to lock in the moisture.
Overall, the products exceeded my expectations, and the packaging of the entire line adds a luxurious touch to my bathroom shelves, which I greatly appreciate. The only downside is that I feel I may run out of the Body Brightening Oil quickly, so a larger format would be appreciated. Plus, since the packaging is not see through, it's a little hard to tell how much product is left. Also, it would be great if you would consider selling on Amazon.
I recently ordered inzincable sunscreen and the antioxidant serum. Can't wait to give those a try too!
Ps: Stellar customer service too, which helped me give the brand a try!
