I found the course to be all based on aged care and was not as advertised. While informative the course and its structure covered the same ground repeatedly throughout.

Skilltrak was alright, I had multiple calls during times I told them I was unavailable and finally answered thinking something was wrong and it turned out they wanted a review and called me 3x during the day just to get me to leave a review lol. But besides that it was okay, my teacher and the skiltrak team didn’t really communicate well and I was stuck in the middle not knowing what was happening. I also wouldn’t recommend they work with open colleges as they are a scam. Search reddit on it and many others went through the same experience as me. Not sure if skilltrak was apart of them or know but still. Wasn’t the easiest thing either.

I had a very educational experience during my placement at Berwick Springs Hotel from November 2024 to February, all thanks to the support and guidance of Skiltrak. My coordinator Aaron was amazing—he helped me find a placement close to home and guided me every step of the way. At the hotel, I was trained and mentored by Chef Varuna, which made the experience even more valuable. I’m truly grateful to Skiltrak for making this journey possible.

My experience with Skiltrak was a great one as I had been looking for a centre to do my placement for a longtime but skiltrak was able to found me a place in less than one week. And they always called me to check how my placement journey was going and more.

Not recommended at all. If you want to waste your time and money, then go with Skiltrak — otherwise, stay away. Their staff are unprofessional and don’t seem to understand anything properly.
I’m a student enrolled in the Individual Support course, yet I’m repeatedly being placed in facilities where I’m expected to clean bathrooms and mop floors. These tasks have nothing to do with the actual skills I’m supposed to be learning for my qualification. It’s extremely frustrating and demoralizing.
I’ve raised my concerns, but nothing has changed. I am now planning to report both Skiltrak and my training provider to higher authorities, including the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). If necessary, I will take legal action. This kind of exploitation needs to stop.

my experience with skiltrak was very good and amazing they are very helpful i had try work placement for the last 2 months which i was getting hard to find work placement but skiltrak was so good they had understood all my situation and they got me the work placement within the 15 days so i am very impressed with Hira kathak who had got me the work placement within the 15 day i will recommend everyone to go to Hira kathak from skiltrak she understood my situation and the way she talked to me was very nice kind and generous which helped me getting my work placement on time which made my life easy

From the moment I was contacted by the friendly staff at Skiltrak I felt comfortable with their advice, guidance and support. Harvey, my "person" at Skiltrak, went above and beyond to find me work placement in the suburb that was preferable to me. The cafe I went to just happens to be wonderful, the boss equally rocks... and lucky me, got a casual job with them after I completed my work placement hours and gained my certificate.
