Brilliant experience, could not be happier. From the moment I enquired to the final issue of my certificate. My first call was handled by Nick, He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he quickly established that I would be able to become a qualified carpenter based on my experience, and was upfront about the total cost which I found refreshing. Nick definitely made me feel confident that I could get the portfolio assembled and that the Skills Certified Team would assist me at every step. After paying the fees I was immediately contacted by my case support worker Emilia. Massive shout out to Emilia, so supportive, very professional, always available if required, continued communications if I went quiet for a few days just to check in. Hassan was my main point of contact during the enrolment process for my Diploma of Community Services, and I truly can’t speak highly enough of the support he provided.

From the very first conversation, Hassan was professional, calm, and incredibly reassuring.
