Annabelle at the Meadowhall
Branch was brilliant and sorted an exchange on some trainers I bought my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately he didn’t try them on as he has lots of pairs of Adidas trainers and assumed as they were his normal size they would fit. He wanted to wear them on a night out on 30th Jan and they were too small! I was worried as the returns policy was to return by the 22nd Jan. Annabelle was really lovely and offered an exchange for a bigger size straight away. We ended up buying another pair in a different colour too. Great customer service from Annabelle - Thank you 😀
