Soon after writing the below review I finally got it delivered.
Looks nice, not sure it justifies the price though.

Would have given it 4 or 5 stars, however given the delivery time (2 months!) changing to 3 stars.

Bought a Valentine day gift from them via FB. In January. Now it is end of March and I didn't receive anything. Last tracking update was 1 month ago (saying that the package is in a location in Japan that simply doesn't exist).
Support's answers are very fast and very useless - saying that they understand that I "must be upset" (yes!) and that they "keep urging the shipping company".

They refuse to refund or give the name or a proper tracking number of the shipping company.

Item not delivered even after 7 week waiting time

My products never arrived and shipping messages were confusing - would not recommend

I ordered an artificial topiary shrub. The photos on the site were fantastic. Thankfully I only ordered one instead of the 7 I needed. It took 3 weeks to receive it....it shipped from Hungary. This is pure junk not even close to the shrubs they show on their site. What I received is nothing more than pick!!! Shameful!!
