I would rate them zero stars if I could. Ive been with Sitelio for years, but that means nothing to them. My website was down for a couple of days without my knowledge. I contacted them, and they blamed me for it being down, saying after all these years I must have reasigned it, somehow, which I didn't because I don't even know how to. If you have your service on autopay and you want to cancel it a month into the 12-month service period, they will not refund you for the months you dont use.

They have charged me over $1500over the last three months for services that I have cancelled 4 times! The only way to cancel is by email, you'll get an auto-responder but never a cancellation and never a real email reply.

We were using this company for an LLC email address and they decided to disable the account even though we are paid the invoice for calendar year 2025. No phone is support available, just back and forth email dialog claiming that since the website hosting service was not renewed, Sitelio cannot support email the account; even though they billed us this way for 2 years running. I wake like is this a bad dream? Yes, it is because I made a transaction with Sitelio which is like making a transaction with a street worker that gave me an STD that wants to exacerbate, but I must stay on my meds/my card transactions as it were. Launching Yearly fees added unreasonably fees
I been calling Sitelo to complain about the annoying invoices before the deadline and with $ 30,00 dollars more of the bill from last year was $184.00 though they credited for the year before from $ 297. Two months before the deadline is December 10, they started to announce the closing of their services if I don't paid it whatever they billed. Today I checked with my bank and it was paid on 11/27/24, $205,37 but I have not received any receipt of the payment.Scare me because their bills payments works like phishing emails. Why they add fees without any reason? With eHost when I signed & authorized monthly $4,99 for basic services as mine, and still is today but it was the same for my recurring payments.

What's not to hate about Sitelio?? Let me count the ways:
No telephone support
Live chat is anything but "live". You type away with a bot that just responds with more questions and when it comes to the "our team is researching your request" part - the chat just dies. You can wait for days and no further response.
Pricing is outrageous and they intentionally make editing your plan duration impossible. When you try to make a change to your plan, a message says to contact technical support which means talking to a bot in "live" chat that doesn't talk back - Nice!!
In other words, Sitelio is a crooked waste of time and money, you are so much better off elsewhere.
I was misled
When I first got my website, it was through eHost and it was a great great product. Then it merged with Sitelio and all was okay until very recently when they jacked up the prices without informing me. I complained and got a big discounted rate. And then I had inquired about bringing some domain names that I had with another provider and I was assure that I would be able to run multiple websites under one account so I started the process and got two transferred over to them. Then when I built one of those websites and tried to launch, I was hit with an upgrade page. So I got with tech support and now they are telling me that I cannot run multiple websites under one account, that I must purchase a $500+ package for each domain if I want to run these websites. Now I'm trying to get a refund and get those domains transferred and everything is basically being held hostage for term. And on top of that, they can't even get my name right. It's really sad because I love the program for building the website but they have people who will mislead people and won't own up to it.

Sitelio is the biggest rip off on the planet. They overcharge for their crap service, then make it nearly impossible for you to leave their service. Even if you request to leave their service, they sneak auto-renewals by you and don’t give the money back, even though you have unsubscribed. I’m filing a Better Business Bureau complaint with the state I live in. They should be run out of business for ripping people off. Everyone who has had lousy customer service and/or a lousy experience using Sitelio should take to social media and burn down their business, not literally, but by sharing your experiences with them on social media. A pox on the House of Sitelio.

Sitelio is garbage!
Sitelio is garbage!! Their customer support does nothing but give you the run-around. Try cancelling your account - good luck!!!!!!!!!! They intentionally make it as difficult as possible to just force you into keeping your account active. I think I'm going to have to cancel my credit card and dispute the charges with Visa since Sitelio is so incredibly, intentionally obstructive.
Poor customer service, too expensive & Tech issues
I was forced into Sitelio when they bought out Ehost which I had my business website on. They constantly raise their rates, have no customer service and now my contact page doesn't work which is the most important part of getting new business. Stay clear of this web hosting. As soon as I can find time, I am moving off the site.

Two times now they have taken the domain back from Google and email has held up my business, Dale Mabry Heating and Metal all week. Awful company. Keeps taking money but does nothing for you!!!!! RUN FAR AWAY
Not a good hosting, limited options
Easy to build a website. However, there are too many drawbacks. First, there is a very tempting special deal to get you on board - 3 years in my case at a low rate. Then, when you, obviously, get used to it, next term comes at a regular price, and if you are not quick enough or can't be bothered to change - you are locked into another term. Of course, you can leave but you are not getting any money back for the difference! I tried, so I know for sure.
Also, I've decided to update the look of my website and to change the domain name. Here when the main problems were. Even though it was still the same website I built in the beginning - just a different design and name, not an additional website, it turned out I couldn't have a new dedicated email for my business any more (even though the previous mailbox got cancelled as it has the old business name). One mailbox per business, so now I have none.
Then, I wanted to implement an online booking system. There is a button right there for setting it up, I click it and it's doing nothing. I contacted customer service and it turned out I can't have an online booking service either! I don't remember the exact reason for this but, basically, it's a no for me.
So I don't have a mailbox for my business, no booking system, no money refund... I'm just hanging there until my term expires in 2025 and will be switching to something much more people friendly and more functional. I made sure 'do not renew' is now ticked in my account settings!

Con un ordine effettuato il 21 Aprile ad oggi nn ho mai ricevuto i tre completi Intimissimi e la maglietta..ma bensì proprio due giorni fa,mi è arrivato con fermo postale un pacco dalla Cina ,per cui ho dovuto pagare anche le tasse doganali, dove all interno c era un paio di occhiali mai richiesti o acquistati, di scarsissimo valore.Presentata richiesta di rimborso presso la mia banca e prossima a sporgere denuncia, verso Sitelio presso Polizia postale
