Sirwin kept two deposits of mine in a row, totaling nearly $200. The transactions are confirmed on the blockchain and I have triple-checked the addresses. When I used support, the agent named "John" ignored me, then transferred me to an agent named "Maya" who immediately ended the chat. When I attempted support again, I got "John" on the chat, who completely ignored my messages.
It should be noted, just prior to this incident, I withdrew a significant amount which was approved. Clearly Sirwin is unprofessional if you win and later deposit to their casino again. I would advise anyone who is thinking of using Sirwin to use Bitstarz, or another reputable casino instead.
