Bought SIP panels through this company, good prices and delivery on time as agreed. The quality of the panels seems really good, and they can be delivered in the thickness and dimensions you require. I didn’t buy a house, only panels.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a house from this company in the future.
Competent and prompt advice that focuses on your individual needs.

Spoke to Lithuanian office mobile. Advised that nothing yet has been delivered to the UK (as I wanted to go look at a build before ordering). They advised that the modules were in construction phase & should be delivered to the UK in 2 to 3 months. Lets review in 3 months.

A little confused over the 5* english reviews

This is not really a review, as I have not actually ordered from this company, but I have definite misgivings based upon the fact that it is impossible to get a physical address for the company, even on it's supposed home country website in Lithuania. The address/postcode given on the UK site is a row of private houses, while the Irish site has a brass-plate mailing address in Dublin city centre and a phone number in Co. Cavan.
I would really like to believe that this company is genuine but being unable to identify an actual physical address anywhere is definitely not a good sign, so I will probably avoid.

This is scam.
All the reviews are also fake.

The 2 website siphouse.co.uk & siphouse.dk seems same - just language and currency are different.

Try to order from the danish website: siphouse.dk. (Because live in Denmark)

But no one answer the phone or response on email.

The price is also wrong. Same price as the English website, where in £ and the danish is in d.kr.

I´ve tried to call costumer support in U.K., but couldn´t help me..

Ever since I chose to purchase from this company, my experience has been nothing short of commendable regarding both their product and service. This support made the enjoyable building process even better. The garage, now nearly complete, looks fantastic and perfectly aligns with what I envisioned. We ordered a flat-pack granny annex from the SipHouse company. Although the delivery took 9 weeks, which was a week longer than initially stated, the customer support throughout the process was very helpful.

The quality of the annex building is exceptional, and the construction team displayed remarkable efficiency and skill. Many have commented that it's the best annex they have ever seen. We customized the annex based on a standard 5x5m design, making adjustments to the dimensions as needed. The construction was carried out on a ground screw frame from nomoredigging, and the SIP House architect collaborated seamlessly with the foundation company. I highly endorse this option and would recommend it without hesitation!

We are nearing the completion of a 10m x 4m SIP cabin, constructed in compliance with full building regulations for residential accommodation. The SIP house kit was meticulously labeled, and the instruction manual was clearly organized, although we did encounter some questions during construction which were promptly answered. We initially underestimated the space needed to organize parts before construction, which is a crucial step. The SIP cabin looks incredible, seamlessly integrating into its surroundings, and we have successfully adapted the product to meet current regulations. This is a great company offering a smart product, and we would definitely use their services again.

After selecting our preferred cabin, the ordering process was smooth, and the communication during delivery was excellent. The delivery team did a fantastic job too! We opted to hire our own builder for the assembly, and although we encountered some challenges due to the instructions not being very detailed, the after-care team, especially Robert, was extremely supportive and assisted us whenever we faced difficulties. Now that we have settled into our new farm classroom log cabin, we are absolutely delighted with it. It's a warm, dry, and cozy space that provides an ideal learning environment.
