DO NOT PARK THERE…

I parked in their Kenilworth carpark entered car details in the machine and paid one pound cash for one hours stay. i left the car park before the hour was up. Then had a parking fine saying i had not paid!! I know i had paid the cash in the machine but i cannot prove it so i will have to pay a£60 fine.i will never park there again .BEWARE parking in talisman square carpark Kenilworth

Be careful they fine even if you have paid

I used their car park on Xmas Eve and paid on App. There were multiple customer feedbacks that advised SIP will send a fine even if you have paid. Today i received a fine for £100 even though i had paid £8.20 parking - the appeal process is poor and they allow themselves 28 days to respond. I will avoid parking in their car parks any more.

Scamming people

Scamming people

After receiving a parking fine of stress from SIP carparks of £60.00 to be paid within 28 days.

It’s basically saying that I didn’t pay for my parking.

I payed this and I even took a picture of the machine, the down fall is that the clock times of the machines is 23.12 on the 03/12/2025 which is in the morning (should be 11.12 am). and this is one of them machines which you enter your registration and then pay the fee.

This is a scam that this company will get away with a lot of people, who have payed but didn’t take a screenshot as proof.

I will NOT be paying any fines towards this and I’m even willing to take the matter to any court with my evidence.

Complete scam

Complete scam, i downloaded the app, followed all the steps, it said all complete, but it did not take the money out of my account, so i ended up with a £100 charge in the post, do not use this scam app

Absolutely disgraceful service from SIP…

Absolutely disgraceful service from SIP Parking. I received a fine even though my parking ticket fell off my dashboard—something entirely out of my control. When I appealed, instead of addressing the situation fairly, they increased the fine from £35 to £60. I then escalated the appeal to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS) and was warned that if it failed, the fine would rise to £100, despite the IAS having a success rate of just 9%, making it virtually impossible to win.

This is nothing short of extortion. SIP Parking is effectively penalizing people for paying to park, then using a complicated, punitive appeals process to squeeze extra money out of you. It’s clear they are more interested in making money off innocent mistakes than actually enforcing any reasonable parking rules.

Do not trust them. This is a company that profits from fear and bureaucracy, not fairness. Completely unacceptable.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID! They are all about parking charge notices and they will harras you with letters and stress you out even if you are 1 minute late. Their appeal process is there just so they are "legal' but there's no way in the world that any appeal would be successful as I can read here. Mine wasn't and it was because a medical problem I had. Avoid.

Would not recommend the car park at…

Would not recommend the car park at Burnett Street, Bradford, BD1. Parked as close to work and reasonably priced. Never again! Returned to my vehicle after a long day to find it damaged after and attempted break in. Thousand of pounds worth of damage. It also happened to another 2 cars on the same day. Contact SiP who do not accept liability.

Thieving organisation! They don’t offer the ability to pay for more parking time! Terrible customer service and their appeals service is rigged to suit their profit margins.

Scammers and crooks - intransigent and intimidating

I got a PCN having parked in a very small run down car park full of potholes clearly displaying my blue badge as a cancer patient with related disability. I saw the blue badge sign but no print saying fees were still payable - deliberate small print to scam drivers. I appealed but did not receive a response. They then threatened me and I wrote to them, recorded delivery, saying I would like to take this to the adjudicator but they refused saying I hadnt replied to their response in time - which I hadnt received I told them this. I then got a demand for £125 threatening to take me to court. No way of contacting them other than post. No option to complain or take it to adjudication. The potholes also damaged my car. Absolutely vile horrible people and an organisation with no integrity The CEO should be ashamed. I hope they reap what they sow.

17 minutes late = £125 Charge.

I was 17 minutes late getting back to my car, not that I noticed this until I left and then got a charge through the post. Now they want £125 off me. I appealed, but they're all part of the same money scam group. I'd rather go to court.

Complete Scam Artists

Ticket machine out of order. No internet connection. Tried to call, but was put on a loop, then was cut off. Literally no way to pay. Over a month later received an OVERDUE PCN, without receiving an initial one. SIP Car Parks are a scam racket. They should be banned and prosecuted as such.

PNC was paid then got a FINAL REMINDER…

PNC was paid then got a FINAL REMINDER for double the original amount so £125. I wrote to SIP to tell them I'd paid they said that was for a different PNC. Confused I asked them to provide details of the PNC to which I'd made payment which they totally ignored. So basically I've receive one PNC for slightly overstaying but ended up paying twice so the robbing company have had £185 pound off me as i can't stand the stress of their intimidating threats of debt collectors. Really poor company no customer service at all just threats to get money off you you can't talk to a person. Worst company ever hope they eventually get their come uppence for the way they treat their customers

Scammers

As others have said - car park managed by CCTV. The parking machine states no tickets and issued and no receipts. May payment wasn’t taken and I had no way of knowing otherwise. Issued with a fine. Totally unjust when wanting to pay and being deliberately stopped.
It wasn’t like this the time before that I parked in the same car park.
As someone else said - get on to your mp etc.

In Oxford with the intention to pay online within 24hrs as suggested by the sign - because one machine was broken and there was a huge queue at the other very slow machine.
They have the oldest, clunkiest website I’ve seen in a long time and no Applepay/googlepay/paypal. Took me 40 minutes and 4 cards to get a payment to go through.
Kept saying “information highlighted below is incorrect” but nothing below was highlighted.
Very frustrating and infuriating. Worst car park experience I’ve ever had.
Cowboy company who treat their customers with contempt.
John Radcliffe Hospital should be ashamed to use terrible company.
