I ordered a sink in good time for next…
I ordered a sink in good time for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive the next day at all it arrived the day after.
When it arrived it was smashed to bits in the extremely poorly packaged box.
I then emailed for a replacement to be sent out to me urgently as I had kitchen fitters waiting for it and got a pathetic reply that they are now out of stock and I could get one in 2-3 weeks. I then asked for an immediate refund in order to go and source one elsewhere and have been told to wait 10 days.
Extremely poor service, terrible packaging, very slow to respond to
Customer via email, had plenty of opportunities to shine and do the right thing and they did nothing to help me at all. I’ll be amazed if I get a refund before Christmas. Would never use this company again.
Unfortunately had a bad experience with this company
I don’t normally write bad reviews but I have been disappointed by the customer service received by this company and what should be easy purchase of a sink and a tap has turned into a long ongoing stressful task.
I first purchased one Thomas Denby sink and a Perrin and Rowe tap in November 2021, on the website this was showing as in stock, I then received an email saying the sink had become unavailable and I need to contact the company to let them know if I wanted to wait for the sink, refund or look for an alternative.
Also quoting this:
“Please be aware this item will not be put on back order as yet until we hear from you.”
I contacted sinks.co.uk and swapped my order to a Frankee sink that was in stock no problems.
I then received my Frankee sink and when my kitchen fitter later opened the sink, the drainers where missing, I contacted the company for them to tell me that they could not help me and I needed to contact Frankee directly. I contact Frankee and they helped me but not after saying this should be the company you order from.
Left it as have the sinks and drainers arriving soon, until 2 months later I received a denby sink on redirected delivery from my old house as I had now moved house and settled with new kitchen and sink in tow.
Also realised payment had been taken, i contact the sinks.co.uk company with no quibble just a miss communication and human error and could I please get refund and the sink picked up soon as possible. I then got told that I would have to pay for delivery as I should of checked and it was now in my possession, after getting a little enraged and saying I cancelled this order I got shot back with the lady who delt with your call is experienced and would not make this mistake! 🥴 I left the call to find me email confirming that I cancelled this order and followed the conversation on through email forwarding it on to them.
Due to another human error mistake they came to pick up from my old house as I had already told them Ive moved and due to the fact that I had my new Frankee sink delivered to the new house anyway because of this I have to pay £150 in error mistake or keep the sink.
Long story short due to price I would get for taking it back I have chosen to keep the sink and resell it on! A company I would never use again as all the sinks and taps they sell can be bought else where I would recommend trying somewhere else and save yourself 5 months of hassle for a purchase and left with an extra sink.

I would not use this company have been waiting for a Franke tap sens the 26 of Jan still not been delivered but is showing on the website as in stock. The company is not an authorised Franke reseller. They buy from a distributor that drop ship the orders. Every time I talked to them it's a new delay and still no product. I would avoid this company.
Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Ordered sink/taps/waste which arrived promptly. Unfortunately there was a problem with the sink which meant it needed replacing. Lady I spoke to on the phone really helpful and within two working days the damaged sink was collected and a replacement received. Had several email updates along the was keeping me informed and up-to-date.
First class service
Ordered FRANKE sink and taps yesterday morning. Arrived 2.30 this afternoon .spoke to a very helpful gentleman this morning who was able to tell me what time my order would arrive. I had been nervous of the bad reviews .but can only give five stars.
Diabolical Service
Bought a sink and waste. No overflow or strainer waste as I would have expected. However, I called to order them on 9/12/21 spoke to Amber who said she would pass to Jill who would be in touch. No response so called back 14/12/21 to be told the exact same by Amber. I explained I have 3 small children and 2 adults ill with long Covid and no working kitchen sink until I receive parts. She said someone would get back to me. It’s now 29/12/21 and no response from them. I took it upon myself to try to source the items. I called the sink manufacturer who do not sell to non trade but gave me the code for the product I was looking for. As SINK were useless I called manufacturer again asking if they had a trade company near me. They gave me a number for Travis Perkins who I called and they kindly took it upon themselves to assist and order the parts for me. (Thank you Andy). I believe SINK are a connection to Victoria Plumbing who I have used for years without issue. They should be called SINKING SHIP as that is what’s going to happen to them as their customer service is diabolical. I work for local government and could source what I needed and they being in the trade couldn’t or wouldn’t. Amber needs customer service training. Her skills are lacking in my opinion based on her lack of service to me. Jill also leaves a lot to be desired by not getting back or sourcing what I needed to have a working sink. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
No sign of sink and fobbed off on phone
We bought a sink and tap but I had no shipping details so was unsure of the delivery date. When I called and enquired they told me it had already been delivered, which it definitely hadn’t been so they said they would look into it. I chased them again and they said they would look into it as their notes said it had been delivered - as mentioned before it hadn’t! The delivery came an hour after my second call to them though I never did receive a call back to tell me where it had been or to check it had actually arrived. I’ll be avoiding this place in future.
Great customer service
Ordered what I needed for next day delivery then I subsequently had to cancel my order. Great customer service from Bernice who managed to stop the order from being dispatched and refund issued within minutes. Thank you!
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Not willing to help customers, automatically the chrome set the delivery address to the payment address. Called up 2 minutes after to request a different delivery address and was told not possible.
Next day delivery - as promised
Was a little wary of ordering given recent poor reviews, but the service I received was excellent. I ordered a kitchen sink and tap (that were advertised as being available for next day delivery) at 10:30am on Tuesday and received them both at 7.45am the following day.
Atrocious customer service
Atrocious customer service. Ordered a sink in August Took almost 4 weeks to get it returned and still waiting for my refund almost 2 months later. Sinks ban you from speaking to their customer service if you get irritated and rude with them. They cut me off mid sentence and then ended the call when I told her I was irritated that I had waited so long for a refund I think anyone would get rude and irritated waiting two months for a £750 refund. Avoid them like the plague everyone listen to all the customer reviews they are absolutely 100% right in my experience

I ordered a sink which was in stock and next day delivery. Got the confirmation in the email of the order. After waiting for 10 days and not getting it, called them up. Their customer service checked my order and said it was shipped by DHL. Then said, it was not scanned by DHL whatever it meant. She said she is going to refund me. When I told her that I need a sink not the refund she said they dont have it (I checked their website and it was still showing in stock). She also said that they send me a confirmation of shipping via email and it is in my spam box, which I checked and it wasnt true. I think the worst part was when while I we were talking, she just said ok thank you and hung up. The worst online shopping experience. The rudest customer service.
If there was a zero star I would give it
If there was a zero star, I would give it. I bought a tap from sinks.co.uk which was nearly 750 pounds. Having installed it, my plumber discovered it was faulty. Even though this was within 2 days of receiving the item, sinks.co.uk refused to help and directed me to the supplier. Disgraceful customer service
Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE.
Sinks have absolutely appalling customer service. They have a wide range of items, but a lot are broken or damaged on arrival, and Sinks will find any excuse not to exchange them.
I did try to exchange a £400 waste disposal unit that had not left its box and they refused. I am starting to think that they are a scam.
The one positive review below is someone happy that they replaced their broken tap. Isn't it the absolute bare minimum? And then compare it to the huge amount of truly horrific experiences... I wish I had read those. Never again.
My advice: go somewhere else. Anywhere will be better and will treat you better than Sinks. They truly deserve a 0.

Avoid and take your business elsewhere! Wouldn't accept an exchange despite still selling the product and me offering to pay return shipping costs. Absolutely ridiculous and makes no sense at all. Never had an issue with any other supplier and I've been carrying out an entire house renovation! Wish id read these reviews. Only care about ££ and not the customer.

If only I had read reviews before I ordered. I ordered an item that said it was 'In Stock' for next day delivery. The day I was due to have it delivered I chased them as did not have a confirmation of dispatch. I was then emailed back (within a few hours to be fair) to say that it was out of stock with the supplier for another 3 weeks. When I asked for an explanation as to why it was showing as 'in stock' when it clearly wasn't I did not get a reply. I have also not had a reply about the timescale for a refund. Awful company.
I ordered a Franke sink
I ordered a Franke sink and it arrived in approx 10 days but was damaged. Contacted Sinks.co.uk and the unit was collected and a new unit arrived in 7 days. So unlike the many below I'm happy with the service I received.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before I had bought a sink! The £300 sink was damaged on delivery, they refused to believe it was damaged and then charged £46 to take it back - this is one online retailed to avoid like the plague!!!
AVOID!!
AVOID!!! Returned a tap. They said they hadn't received it but instead received a food mixer. I had name of recipient and signature but was told to contact post office as there was nothing more they could do. Refused to refund even though I had an Email from them saying they had received Tap. They use a third party to send out their deliveries and weren't interested when things went wrong. Took a lot of Emails and calls and the threat of Legal action to get my money back. Absolutely no Customer service at all. No Apologies. Avoid as there are much better Companies available. Read the other reviews here first as I wished I had!!
