Sinclair Hammelton in Westerham - is our third Estate Agent to try and sell our house.
They priced it just right selling very quickly and found our perfect cottage in just over a month - amazing. Both Russell and Deborah were extremely approachable, friendly and professional.
Deborah was with us every step of the way, always proactive never intrusive.
We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a viewing with Deborah at the Westerham office - she was excellent, very professional, great communication and really understood what I was looking for. I would happily recommend Sinclair Hammelton as agents.

We chose to sell the week of the spring budget when the market was dead. They shepherded through photos and energy ratings. They attended and showed prospective buyers the house. At the beginning we chose not to attend but later chose to sit in a room while viewing went on. The continued speculation during the summer and autumn with the government meant a depressed market.
Once we had a buyer they acted as an intermediary until exchange of contract and supported us in the selling process. We hadn’t moved for 39 yrs and found all the surveys ,solicitor enquiries stressful although it was normal procedure nowadays. They always had time for our phone calls and visits and they worked well as a team. Lucy was our individual contact and glass half full character which helped enormously.

Great agent! Sold our house quickly for a good price. Good communication throughout the sale keeping us update and chasing the lawyers pushing the sale through quickly. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic Estate Agents. We were let down by a sloppy previous estate agent. Russell Sinclair showed how it can be different - he was brilliant and supportive throughout the process of selling our house, from valuation and timing of when to go to the market to ensuring the sell went through smoothly once a buyer was found. I can't recommend Russell and his team in Bromley sales enough.

Freya was rude and dismissive throughout. She ignored her legal obligation to pass offers to the seller and instead acted with arrogance, claiming they’re “too popular” to be courteous to buyers.

Properties were overpriced, and when questioned, they bragged about selling them anyway. I was repeatedly given false information, and when I asked for clarity, I was threatened and told they could “easily find another buyer.”

To top it off, my personal details were shared with third-party solicitors without my permission for a commission. Buyers deserve respect – especially since we’re tomorrow’s sellers. Avoid!

Couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. My mother had to go into care and, hopefully, a quick sale of her semi-detached home to fund it. After his first visit to the property, Josh said he knew of someone who would be very interested. Within weeks an offer was accepted and thereafter Josh and Connor kept me updated. From start to finish the sale went through in last than three months. Can't recommend the team at Sinclair Hammelton Petts Wood highly enough.

After a frustrating 7 weeks with another estate agent, I contracted Sinclaire Hammelton for the sale of my flat.
The process of buying and selling property in this country is utterly frustrating and archaic. We had some setbacks, but this had nothing to do with the great agents here.
Jack managed my sale. He had great communication and if not available to talk immediately would call me back. He passed communication on between the buyer and myself effectively.
Also special note to Emily, whose expertise helped to guide the process from day 1.
Fully trustworthy and recommended firm.

We have just moved house,and had the pleasure of having Josh the manager of the Petts Wood branch of Sinclair- Hamilton assisting us.He was outstanding in his handling of our sale,keeping us informed at all times,and driving our sale forward,nothing was to much trouble,also Ryan was very helpful,I wouid recomend their services

I was disappointed in Sinclair Hammelton because:
1. They overvalued the property, which led to our rejecting early offers of more than the property finally achieved.
2. It prolonged the process, as we had to gradually reduce the price over a period of months.
3. They did not make it clear that VAT was chargeable on their commission.

This company is a textbook example of how not to run a business.

Terrible at getting back to you. So many wasted hours trying to get them to respond.

From the number of times you have to repeat things to this company is like speaking to someone with dementia. No body seems to know what their teammate is doing.

I am not sure how they have managed to get any good reviews as we certainly saw nothing worth recommending.

Do yourself a favour, make the right choice by giving this company a wide berth.

Recently sold through the Hayes branch. Scott was very helpful and Emma P. was a whirlwind of work; she dealt with all the prospective buyers and did the showings. Bit of an issue (the buyers) and Emma worked well with the agents for the person we were buying from to resolve the problem. We were well satisfied with the service provided and can recommend the team.

From the very first contact through to completion Sinclair Hammelton were professional and very helpful in equal measures and would recommend them
