Highly Recommended
Had a really bad experience previously with New Law Solicitors. So I was somewhat sceptical about being transferred to Simpson Millar. I was completely wrong. As soon as I spoke with Charlotte Laing and Abi, I knew that everything was going to be ok. I was talked through in fine detail about where the case was and what to expect. It took the other solicitors from 2022 to almost present date to do nothing.
Charlotte pulled out all the stops and got a resolution on the case. I cannot praise and recommend her highly enough.

Second time calling this firm
Second time calling this firm - reception and other people who I’ve been passed to are not helpful at all . Been put on hold for long lengths of time , waiting for responses by email for days . I think they prioritise clients they think are best for them and leave others waiting for days . I would not recommend since if you can’t answer simple questions or be helpful on the phone I don’t think they would help your case not if they don’t want to .

I can not recommend Simpson and Millard enough, should I ever need the service again I will be returning to them I would not want to deal with any other companies. I can’t thank Shazia enough
I can’t thank Shazia enough as she guided me through the whole process of my personal injury claim. I always felt at ease speaking to her and she spoke in layman’s terms and none of the legal jargon. My experience with Simpson Millar was exactly what you'd expect
My experience with Simpson Millar was everything I expected. My case was long and very intricate.
