Very prompt dispatch and premium delivery received the next working day with goods all as described. Great service and value.

Fast and reliable delivery. Really happy with the plushwalk underlay

Great underlay, reasonable price, promptly delivered with care

I bought a premier floating door threshold/cover strip from Simply Underlay. Great quality product and really quick delivery. Recommended.

Great service and delivery, very happy with product so all good.

Ordered 3 rolls of underlay, was given 5% discount via email after leaving my order in my basket over night. Order dispatched quickly and although my order came in 2 separate deliveries they both arrived a day before the due date. Very happy with my order and the service provided

Was supposed to receive the item in a day. A week later, no sign of arrival. Also, no contact number!

Extremely easy to order, great quality underlay, arrived earlier than expected - very happy - thank you!

The price was extremely competitive, easy to order from and the product arrived earlier than expected! I'd highly recommend Simply Underlay.

Great product, great service, great delivery.
Can’t fault it.

My underlay order came 3 days before the expected delivery date.

Excellent service, need to review courier that you use. Product was as described. Thanks

I had a rant about my order the other day but I should have made it clear that my order and the communication from simply underlay was excellent as was the contact after my rant. The real problem was the delivery driver . The company are dealing with this now as they had no reason to think there would be any problems with items being delivered. A big shout out to Michelle from customer services who was quick and efficient at dealing with me. I’m sure the delivery company will be dealt with and I will definitely use this company again as their product is excellent.

You can improve by upgrading your delivery personnel. I opened my door this morning at 8am to discover my order in full view of the public . I have a large house and the back door is not visible to passers by so that is where it should have been left. In saying that my disabled husband and myself were at home all day and night. Whoever delivered did not attempt to ring the door bell or let us know they had delivered. The next complaint is he left the underlay on wet ground and the plastic covering was ripped to shreds meaning the underlay is now soaked through after being left outside all night.

Really good quality
