Description on the product was inaccurate, and when I returned it the cost of shipping was triple than what I paid to receive it.

I absolutely love my sheets, sleeping peacefully and not tossing and turning all night made a huge difference to mind and body.

I realized that the color was not going to work for me and reached out to them to find out about the return procedure. I found it was difficult to get a response from the seller and when I did they wanted me to send photos of the product, the packaging and the invoice. I sent it but the response was slow and arduous.

Sent to wrong address, even after 4 attempts to correct by email

Linen was quite scratchy and requested a return. They have still not gotten back to me.

I bought these sheets on the recommendation from a friend and I’m so glad I did! They feel amazing! I am now a linen sheet convert.

One of my pillow cases came unthreaded and another color had a bleach stain. When I tried to contact the company for an exchange or return, I never got a reply. I even sent in photos as instructed on their websites for return. It has been weeks, or almost 2 months, not a single response. Will not be purchasing grom them again.

So far the service has been BAD. Like.. BAD BAD. I wouldn’t recommend to friends or family. My order was shipped with canada post while they’re on strike, so got stuck for over a month. I sent a email the same day to the request to be changed to an alternative carrier was allegedly attempted but nobody followed up unless I emailed again, 9 days laters. THEN when it did finally come, you sent me 2 king pillows and queen flat and fitted sheets, when I ordered a king set. THEN they expected me to pay to return YOUR packing error and won’t send the replacement of what ai ordered to fix YOUR error and salvage this experience until it’s fully back to you??? Really tragic customer service. All their answers are half effort and short without much helpful details, example the address they want me to pay to send their error back to, so requires follow up questions delaying the fix x3…it’s like nobody cares about the customer experience.

I ordered queen olive sheets as a gift and you sent gray king sheets. I cannot reach anyone to fix this

I am new to linen sheets, so can not compare, but they came quickly, and I can honestly say I'm loving them. Husband too. So much so I'm thinking about ordering the Duvet cover set.

The material used in their sheets is wonderful.

I could not believe how rude they were when I tried to do a return. I bought one sweater and I really liked it. So I tried to order more after doing an exchange for a different size and that went fine. But the other colors I received were not at all like the photos. The beige one was a lot ginger and just looked like a dirty white sweater than the pictures and the green and dark gray one just looked black. That order was over $100. And instead of helping me do this return, even though I had done business with them before and they told this customer.” We cannot do a return for that since you can’t prove anything have a nice life.” kind of a trashy way to treat people disgusting.

FANTASTIC quality. Extremely easy to communicate with. Very good brand for affordable non toxic bedding.

The sheets are great! The shipping was more than twice as long as we were told.

This is a great fabric, I've used linen blends for years. It's a well fitted, elastic all around. Short delivery period. This is my first experience with this company and would order again.

My package shipped fast and arrived safely- my sheets are wonderful, the color is vibrant and warm and the quality is exactly what I expected. No complaints.
