Amazing service and super quick delivery. Received the item within 2 days and the order was placed on a Saturday morning. The delivery arrived on the date selected and we were contacted prior to the delivery to let us know we were the next stop. Would highly recommend.

Looked for a specific Samusung Freezer in grey (not white), very few others had access to one -even AO!.

I've recently purchased a fridge and a freezer from Simple Home Appliances and got one of the best market deals. Though, the old freezer had not defrosted when the delivery was scheduled, the team responded positively and reset the delivery slot instantly.

Their order app is great — it has live tracking with your position in the queue and the delivery number at the time, so the whole process is very transparent and convenient. Their support team was also very fast and helpful to fix my problem.

I would strongly recommend this site to anyone who wishes to buy home appliances!

On 07 April 2025, I placed an order for a Samsung QE48S93DAEXXU 2024 48" S93D OLED 4K HDR Smart TV and paid £741. This was an excellent price, approximately £100-£150 below the prevailing market rate. However, upon receiving the package, I noticed that the box indicated the S90D model instead of the S93D model. I attempted to contact customer service at 02081676439, but my call went straight to voicemail.
Subsequently, I sent an email and received a response instructing me to verify the sticker on the side of the box rather than the print on the box itself. Upon checking the sticker and opening the box, I confirmed that it was indeed the S93D model. I would like to express my gratitude to Simple Home Appliances for their assistance in resolving this matter.

Just ordered a washing machine, I have had no confirmation and cannot get them on the phone, in panic mode. (Update I have had feedback and I am happy with result. It is so frustrating and scary when you don’t hear anything immediately after a purchase. To follow on from my panic! I would like to say I apologise to Simple home appliances as I have never purchased from them before and I did not understand how they work. I did receive my machine on time and the old machine was taken away. The two young men that delivered my machine were very pleasant and friendly as a result I have now change my review to a 5 star. Thank you and once again I apologise

The fridge took much longer to be delivered than initially indicated and then the delivery crew refused to take the old fridge, even though we had paid for this service.
