Brilliant well professional company.

Amazing company!
They got in touch to do loft insulation, cavity wall and add extractor fans.
Had absolutely no hassle whatsoever.
Standard of work was excellent, all workers were punctual, polite and tidy.
Would definitely recommend again.

I had a terrible experience with Simple Green Energy as part of the Great British Insulation Scheme. The service was disorganised, unprofessional, and riddled with delays. Despite multiple visits and assurances, they failed to complete the insulation work and caused damage to my property, which remains unresolved.

Highlights of my experience:
• The ‘surveyor’ arrived 5 hours late and was completely unprepared. He damaged my walls and left holes unfilled.
• Appointments were repeatedly missed or delayed without proper communication.
• Installers admitted the survey was poorly conducted, leading to further delays.
• Despite confirming the feasibility of the work, I was later told they would not proceed, wasting months of my time.

The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability has been beyond frustrating. I strongly advise avoiding Simple Green Energy if you value your time, property, and peace of mind.

These guys were brilliant. Cant recommend them enough. They were all so polite and courteous. They always removed their shoes when entering the house and were really quick doing the work. They travelled all the way from Wolverhampton to Cornwall to install our insulation and a couple of fans and we are completely satisfied with the work that they carried out.

Simple Green Energy Ltd. provided an excellent service, installing a new central heating system and insulation under a grant for my dad. The process was quick, easy, and handled with professionalism.

The team was friendly and communicative, and the work was done to a high standard. I highly recommend them for their efficient and top-quality service.

Since March this year, I have exchanged countless phone calls, shared countless documentation and wasted to much of my time with Simple Green Energy. My mother has very bad arthritis in her hands, and now thanks to this time wasting company, she faces another winter with only a coal fire to heat her water and heating. She can't maintain it anymore so we don't know what we will do from here. I was informed that this is all due to delays from the council.. but they seem to think another company will be able to help. They did say they tried ringing the council, but I still don't really understand why they have not succeeded in releasing the funding, and have wasted so much of our time. 6 months this continued on for. They couldn't even get as far as sharing a report and letting us know her entitlements. The operator on the phone seemed to only be focused on the review I wrote on trust pilot, even after I changed the review to 3 stars! I will now change it back to 1 star as they were unsuccessful in helping us.

I am very pleased with my New Solar system and Electric storage heaters supplied and service by Simple Green Energy Limited. I am 81 year old person and very glad for support by each team member of Simple Green Energy Limited.

The insulation install team were very thoughour, polite and experienced. Karl in particular, was an asset to the company, happily running me through the procedures from start to finish. 10/10

Simple green energy is very quick to respond and providing the great service. We had experience of meeting the workforce of 3 guys Karl, Marlon & Sunny who came to our house to do CWI. Very efficient and professional approach towards their work. Well done guys 👍🏼👍🏼

Got a call on the Monday saying I qualified for CWI, they then booked me in for it to be installed on the Thursday. Very quick turn around from having the assessment done to it actually being done! On Thursday Karl and his mate came and fitted it. All sorted no problems, they cleaned up most of the fluff as well. Overall very happy

I would like to thank you for all the the materials and work carried out at our home. The work men were all great and the boiler is brilliant, and the house with it's new insulation is so much warmer. A big thank you to all concerned.

Gas engineer Dhanyal came out and fixed my heating. All other companies were charging me for parts it did not even require. Within an hour all my Heating and hot water was up and running.

Simple Green Energy have been absolutely amazing. I have used them twice now. Both for Cavity wall insulation, ventilation and draught exclusion. In addition they supplied a combi boiler at 1 property and air heat source with solar at the other.
Such an efficient company, Great communication and an excellent install team.
