Perfect from start to finish. Tom arrived at the agreed time, he asked what the problem was and I explained that £60 of petrol had been put in the tank on top of nearly a half tank of diesel. He then started the process of emptying all fuel from the tank. After that he then emptied the fuel lines and diesel filter. When that was done he went about the process of getting diesel which is supplied by Tom through the system and diesel pump. I'm glad too say that the van started first time. I found Tom too be friendly and very efficient at his job. There was no mess not a single drop of fuel during the process on the ground. It had taken just under an hour and all sorted. Can I also just add that at just £192 for the service including callout is very reasonable. concidering what this would cost in a garage. I would definitely recommend this service too anyone should your fuel be contaminated or like me stupid enough to fill up with petrol in a diesel van.

Very quick, Tom updated us throughout and the person I called for help at Fuel Doctor was very good and honest can’t thank you both enough!

Fantastic service from Reece at Super Fuel Solutions.
Arrived within 60 minutes of call out and we were on our way within 20 minutes. Super efficient and value for money. Reece fully explained the process and kept us up to date all of the time

Very good communication and explained the process very well
Was done in just over half an hr really good service

Reece did a grand job after I misfuelled my car - kept me updated about when he would arrive, was very pleasant and got everything sorted in very little time.

Reece was very friendly and efficient. Service was excellent.

Jamie was a superstar. He kept me informed every 30 minutes as to how long he would be and arrived when he said he would. He was very professional yet friendly. I was beside myself with stress but his professional and calm demeanour kept me from crumbling. I told him he was literally a life saver .
So 10 out of 10 for Jamie

My son accidentally fuelled my diesel car with petrol & it wouldn’t start. I called Simple Fuels, was given ETA of 35 minutes, Jamie was there in less time and during rush hour. Took 15 minutes to empty my tank and flush it out with cleaner & I was back on the road within 45 mins of calling. Car drives perfectly. Big thumbs up 👍

Great company.life saver. Punctual ,reasonable price. Great advice and work done effectivly

After my daughter accidentally put diesel in her car on a Friday evening after work, she called in a panic to ask what she should do. After a call to Simple Fuel Solutions, someone was with her less than an hour later. The problem was fixed in no time by a helpful and friendly technician.
I hope I don’t need to use this service again (for obvious reasons) but I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation.

Dealt very effectively with having to replace petrol with diesel in the fuel tank.

Excellent communications before, during and after job.

Within an hour of phoning Jamie arrived even though it was a Sunday. He explained what needed to be done in detail and got started. 30 mins later he was at the door saying car was running ok. Jamie explained that the Smart plugs had to be cleaned quite a few times before car would start and that in some cases sight problems may still exist. He suggested filling tank up full with the best petrol and to give the car a good run to burn off existing diesel still on filter.
Would absolutely recommend him to family and friends. Excellent service.

Misfuelled during rush hour. Simple Fuel Solutions was easy to find on Google. Jamie was able to attend quicker than originally estimated, and quicker than any other service i called. Jamie was polite, helpful, efficient, and the problem was quickly resolved. Accepted card payment. He then followed my car for the first few miles of driving to make sure it was running well. Service much appreciated.

Great jod prompted service came out on Sunday would recommend

Made the mistake of putting petrol in a diesel engine. Originally called the AA & was quoted a ridiculous amount & the time call out would have taken 3/4 hrs. Found Simple Fuel Solutions online & they were great to deal with really friendly & had Jamie out to me & the job done with an hour and a half of phoning, fabulous customer service & made a saving too. Would definitely recommend

Mistakenly put 1litre of diesel in petrol engine (which was 3/4 full at the time) phoned simple fuel solutions and got a lot of good information from Jamie . Although this amount of diesel in a petrol engine wouldn’t have caused any issues I decided to have it all removed for piece of mind . Jamie drove from Glasgow to Fife the same day and removed all the fuel .A perfect and clean job with no fuel spills .

THE GUY WAS REALLY NICE, IT WAS £20 LESS THAN THE QUOTES, MANY WERE HIGHER. CAR WORKING FINE. PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

Simple Fuel Solutions is an absolute game-changer! From the moment I stumbled upon their service, I knew I was in for a remarkable experience. Not only were they prompt and on time, but their attention to detail was unmatched. Jamie, their shining star, went above and beyond to ensure that every single one of my questions was met with thoughtful and knowledgeable answers. His guidance in the midst of a stressful situation was like a breath of fresh air - he turned what could have been a disaster into a quick and painless fix!

I must say, when Jamie advised me not to start the engine after mistakenly putting the wrong fuel in, I was skeptical. But his advice worked like pure magic, saving my car from potential damage. It's rare to find a company that not only delivers exceptional service but truly cares about its customers' well-being. Simple Fuel Solutions has set the bar incredibly high for what outstanding service looks like. If you find yourself in a fuel-related pickle, look no further than Simple Fuel Solutions - their expertise and dedication are second to none!"
