In 2019, I began exploring opportunities to diversify and expand my investment portfolio. During that time, I listened to a podcast featuring Matt from Sim Capital, where he introduced his BRRRR investment program. Intrigued by the opportunity, I reached out to learn more.

Mat Simmons is an absolute subject matter expert in his field and works tirelessly on behalf of all of the limited partners.

The fund has had to pivot over the last few years as subsidized housing has become more problematic based on governmental intervention, and Mat has adjusted ahead of that curve to keep providing us our promised preferred return.
