Everything arrived safely and beautifully packaged. I really appreciated the eco-friendly packaging, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into every little detail. The jewellery itself is absolutely gorgeous and even more beautiful in person. I ordered a matching set of Baltic amber earrings, bracelet and pendant, and I’m completely in love with all three pieces.
I took my time looking at everything carefully, including the different natural characteristics and tiny variations in the amber. Each piece feels unique, and I love the little details that give the jewellery such a genuine handmade character.
And there was an unexpected little surprise in each package: a delicious toffee! I honestly wasn’t expecting that, and it made me smile. Such a small thing, but it really shows the thoughtfulness behind the whole experience. ❤️
The communication was also excellent. When my parcel was going through customs, Silver Amber was helpful and responsive, even providing the invoice I needed. I really appreciated knowing there was someone on the other side willing to help.

I would purchase other items in the future, but would need to bear this in mind and be more cautious. The gift is/was for someone who likes chunky jewellery but I'm really not sure if it would meet her taste!

There is lots of choice, there are a lot of amber in different colors, my husband bought me acorn pendant and it has a silver leaf, it is very well detailed, the prices are very good, the delivery is very quick, I would definitely recommend the company,

Lovely Jwellery 🤗, same as the pictures. Earrings screw were slightly tight initially but loosens up just enough for the perfect ease of use after a couple of uses and then stays the same. Very sturdy and quality Jwellery.
