Buggy site that makes ordering nearly impossible. API errors and other problems. Even their PayPal integration is broken. What should have been a fast and simple process took 10+ hours to order.
Customer service is slow to respond or non-responsive. They seem like they are too backed up to effectively handle orders right now. I'm hoping the booth I ordered even arrives in time.

The customer service person I worked…
The customer service person I worked with, Jasmine, was wonderful and super helpful with my very tight deadline. However, the amount you wanted to charge for fast delivery was ridiculous. Give me a break. I could have flown to California or even to China to pick it up myself for that amount of money. So that soured me a bit on the experience.

Very Happy with end product and the service
Great Service. From the time we sent the artwork to back and forth we felt like Signwin team was great to work with. They were very helpful. We received out within 4 business days of the Artwork being approved. The booth came out really good and print was awesome!
