Horrific contract terms - RUN!

Horrific contract terms. Don't trust them or the service. The service doesn't actually drive reviews to yelp, only to their internal review site - not public and doesn't help. They'll lock you in and keep billing even when they're not providing any services. Effectively a SCAM.

Hi Brian, we're sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the terms of the contract you signed. To clarify, we do ask for Feedback responses that are only visible on your internal account, but we also follow up with contacts who have left you Feedback to ask them to leave Reviews on external pages such as Yelp, Google, and Facebook. You also have the option to turn off Feedback requests and only ask your contacts for Reviews on external sites if you wish. We'd love to discuss how we can make your account work for you for the remainder of your contract, as it sounds like there are some options that would satisfy your concerns!

If you don't like it - no refunds

We really didn't need this but we tried it for a year. But all they do is send emails constantly to customers for feedback. Almost everyone unsubscribed. I wanted to stop and get a refund after a year but they said everything is already set up done and paid for, so no refunds. We have a less than 4 star review through signpost customer email subscriptions and they said that is still helping get to get more customers! We already have high rating on our internally driven customer feedback systems so Signpost actually didn't help and turned out to be an expensive duplication of effort. Now we really aren't marketing for new customers - we need to hire more employees. Unfortunately Signpost can't help with that. Just no refunds.

These guys are the Real Deal

It's difficult for one as a business owner to put a "value" on a review, but we hsaw our reviews increase week by week until we had a strong base on all 3 platforms (Google, Yelp & FB). I love hearing new customers say, "I've heard very good things about you", and when I say, "Oh yeah, from who?" they reply, "I did some research online and you have great reviews!" - It just brings a smile to my face. Knowing that all the hard work one puts into a business is paying off.
I was a sceptic and decided to dip my toe in the water, but after a year I can tell you these guys are the real deal. Great resource for any small company that deals locally and their people are top-notch, receptive, attentive, responsive and very patient and professional. I can say I am very pleased with the results!

Signpost - A complete and eloquent solution for marketing

I have reviewed signpost services and find that this company provides marketing services not available with many traditional email management companies such as Mail Chimp. Specifically, Signpost is can use its artificial intelligence engine to automatically ask your clients (customers) for both reviews and/or referrals, by email AND by phone text. Or, you can manually customize and filter your contacts for such services. Signpost also helps with CRM, customer relationship management in a unique and beneficial way. I wholeheartedly, can recommend Signpost for companies looking to increase positive reviews, their web presence, and to grow their business.

Great way to generate positive reviews

"When we began working with Signpost we had about 480 members and roughly 700 leads and our reviews were somewhat nonexistent. We’ve been with Signpost for about 9 months and in that time we have hit 734 members and over 1700 leads with a 4.9 star rating on Google. It has been a nightmare...

It has been a nightmare dealing with them. I have told them that I have wanted to cancel for months now. They refuse to be professional. They have since charged me multiple times against my wishes and have not given me the chance to even speak with someone who "has the power" to cancel my account. I wouldn't even recommend this shady company to my enemies..

Great for fully automated review collecting

This is an updated review. I had a lot of issues with them initially, but they sorted it out, so I'm updating my review to reflect this.

Ultimately, the system isn't what we're looking for and it's not as customizable as what we're looking for, but they have a good model and definitely would be a great solution for most businesses.

So far this is a great service.

Signpost Helps Us Communicate With Our Customer Base

We have had great success incorporating Signpost into our marketing mix. It is super easy to use and helps us communicate with our customers on a regular basis. We use this platform to keep our company front and center with our existing customer base and to build awareness with new customers. We have seen our online reviews increase as a result of this campaign as well. We really love how easy it is to use as well. I would definitely recommend Signpost!

Get away from this comapania, the only thing that this company wants is your card to take out $ 299 monthly. I have a small business and they lied to me from the beginning, they have not done anything for my business but to take money, and if you want to see is true this is the name of my business LA MASSAGE BY DESIGN, and you can see that they have not done anything for me. When I told them I did not want their services anymore for lying to me, they sent me an email saying that I had to complete the rest of the year. What I'm saying is that I did not even start with them and they have already taken 3 payments and they want to finish the rest of the year.
