Absolute pleasure to deal with Chris and Dawn in the build up to and day of our event. Extremely accommodating, great value, wonderful team of staff and superb food. Couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommended their services.

We were impressed by Signature Catering. The communication from my first contact was prompt and helpful. Signature listened to what we wanted and our practical questions in advance of the event, and provided reassuring answers. On the day, the team arrived promptly and just got themselves sorted to deliver the food arrive around how we had set up our entertaining space. Both people who came (Anna and Sarah) were friendly but professional. They provided a slick but unobtrusive service, complete with tidying everything away afterwards including stacking the leftovers neatly in our fridge. Oh - and the food was delicious too! All in all, it was a seamless operation and absolutely met our needs.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris, Dawn, and the wider team at Signature Catering for our wedding in May 2026. We had around 150 guests, including 30 children, and everything ran seamlessly from start to finish.

Chris was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the planning process. The food was top‑notch—both in quality and variety.
We chose the BBC C menu, which went down a treat with our guests, and we received so many compliments on both the flavour and the generous portions.

The team handled everything professionally on the day, and the range of options meant there was something for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend Signature Catering to anyone planning their wedding.

Chris and his staff provided delicious crowd-pleasing food and superb customer service. They were attentive and flexible and seemed to really care that my party went well. We had helpful discussions beforehand, with Chris tailoring the offering to my particular needs. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a wide choice of different styles of food and a great variety of dishes. Their prices were very reasonable, particularly given that all the food is hand prepared.
I am already recommending Signature to my friends.

I recently rented the Tranchard Room at the Farnborough Air Sciences Trust. Their recommended caterer was Signature Catering who responded promptly to my request for menus. They offered a good sensibly priced choice and I selected one of their buffets which really was excellent. They provided tea & coffee and there was no difficulty in us bringing our own wine, other drinks and the birthday cake. A member of their team stayed with us for the lunch and looked after everything very well. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Signature catering catered for our local village Xmas social. They did a fantastic job & took a lot of pressure off me! Really well organised and great communication in the run up to the event, no problems at all. The lovely ladies who waited on us were so professional and polite. Then there's the food, really high standard, everyone commented on how good it was and they were so accommodating with our menu. I shall definitely use them again!

My husband and I help run a large bridge group. We wanted to celebrate Christmas with all 40 members by inviting them to a 'Fish and Chips' lunch followed by some fun bridge. We contacted Chris at Signature Catering and he was immediately able to come up with a plan of action to feed the 40 guests with a 2 course Fish and Chips menu. From this initial conversation I felt totally confident that a wonderful lunch would be provided and that was indeed the case. Everything was taken out or my hands, plates, cutlery and condiments were provided and the meal was served, by Chris and another staff member, on time to the guests. The food was rated very highly indeed by everyone there and the dessert of fruit crumble and custard finished off a wonderful and much appreciated meal. I cannot praise Chris highly enough. After the meal everything was cleared away and the kitchen was left spotless. Those present all agreed the cost of the lunch was incredibly reasonable and I shall, without hesitation, be using this Catering firm for all future events, Christine Smith

From my first call to Chris, followed by lots of questions & menu requests by us, to the food selection and Signature team on hand at the Reception, your service was outstanding throughout. It really helped make a sad occasion feel a little easier. It will now be remembered for lots of nice reasons too, so thank you all again.

Communicating our needs was easy, and they graciously accommodated a minor menu adjustment.Chris and his team were punctual, serving the food right on schedule. The steak was ideally pink as it was brought from the BBQ to the table, and the rest of the dishes were delicious, perfectly prepared, and bursting with flavor.Even serving in a farmyard corner, Signature excelled in their setup. I’ve witnessed them cater more upscale gatherings, and I was delighted they could assist us. They will undoubtedly be our first choice for upcoming events.

Everything on the day ran smoothly, and the food was so enjoyed at our party. They catered for 77 people, many vegan and special dients, and everything was delicious. To top it all, they made bespoke cupcakes to fit our party theme and colours, which really added to the celebratory atmosphere. Highly recommended, would use again anytime

Dawn and Chris did a great job for us in organising, cooking and serving a lunch for 25 people. They were professional and helpful leading up to the event and great on the day at setting up with minimal fuss. During the lunch they unobtrusively served and then cleared away. The food (street food) was great which our guests commented on favourably! I would recommend Signature and certainly use them again!
