IMPORTANT DEPOSIT INFORMATION!!!
Please be advised that your deposit is non-refundable. I had paid a deposit of £2000, and despite there being no completed contract and no cabinets in production, the company intended to retain the entire deposit when I decided to withdraw. I was not content with either my kitchen design or my designer. This amount seems substantial for a few appointments and a design that another company initially provided. I urge you to exercise caution. I did eventually recover my deposit, but it caused me a sleepless night beforehand.
I would like to provide an update. I recently had a conversation with the sales director, who was very kind and expressed apologies. However, after discussing the initial telephone call regarding the deposit with my husband, I have decided to maintain my review. The store manager unequivocally informed him that the deposit was non-refundable due to the advanced stage of the process. There was no mention of sending an email to attempt to retrieve it; it was simply stated that we had forfeited the entire amount, but could still proceed with purchasing a kitchen from them. The director assured me that this does not reflect their company's values, but acknowledged that this particular branch, which I will refrain from naming out of respect, fell short on this occasion. This situation caused us a considerable amount of distress.

So impressed with County Kitchens
So impressed with County Kitchens in Esher from the friendliness of our initial visit to the knowledge of the designer, Rasa. She asked questions to see what we had in mind and showed us choices in the brochure and in the showroom. During the removal and fitting process we were supported by Rasa and also Ralph who oversaw plans/details. The new kitchen is perfect for us and we appreciate the quality of the units/appliances.

I just wanted to pass on just how much we love the kitchen. From communication through to the install has been with the utmost professionalism. Chris, Jason and Nick and not forgetting Chris' dad have been brilliant. I liked that if they didn't like certain aspects they changed it as wasn't up to their standards. Great quality kitchen
We are delighted with our new kitchen. Emma was very helpful and worked with me providing great responsive guidance as well as useful tips and tricks from her professional experience. During the design process, she was patient with our decisions and brought the project in within our budget.
Delivery and fitting went smoothly and the few problems that occurred were sorted out by the legend that is Karl the Fitter. There were a few replacement parts needed which arrived and were fitted promptly.
We are very much enjoying every aspect of the kitchen. We appreciate the deceptively simple style and the quality of the units and are glad we chose Sigma3. Of course we ended up spending more money than we originally intended but I regret nothing! I have a kitchen that brings me joy every day and would happily recommend to others. Thank you

We popped into Sigma3 showroom in Swansea as we wanted to renew our kitchen. We loved the quality of the units and storage solutions on show. We didn't think we needed to see a kitchen designer as we thought we knew exactly what we wanted. However, as it was part of their process we went along with it. I am so glad we did. The designer we met, Bryony, was so friendly & knowledgable she instantly instilled confidence. She listened to what we wanted & totally understood our requirements.
A site visit was arranged with her & the stunning 3D representation of the deisgn she later came up with satisified all our needs & incorporated many improvements which we would never have thought of. When we had agreed the design we were then visited by Jason the Installations Manager who made sure the proposed design would fit exactly and to highlight any potential issues. His attention to detail was very impressive & he picked up on a few areas I would need to address as I was intending to install the kitchen myself.
The kitchen ws delivered on the specified day & the delivery guys were superb even laying down protective floor coverings for all the well packaged items they delivered. It was very reassuring to know that someone with Jasons expertise was at the end of the phone to answer any technical questions I had during the installtion.
The supplied plans & instructions were really comprehensive and easy to follow.
In summary Sigma3's products are excellent, Bryony & Jason make an excellent team and we have an excellent kitchen. If you are thinking of getting a new kitchen we strongly recomend you make Sigma3 your next port of call and ask for Bryony or Jason.

An easy 5 star review
From start to finish Sigma were amazing! Our kitchen designer Ryan took our vision on board and made it happen - Nothing was too much trouble! John the surveyor kept us updated at all times and gave us plans to give to the electrician/plumber which took the stress off us… Kristian the kitchen fitter was second to none, his workmanship is amazing, he went the extra mile, and lucky for me was laid back (as nothing in my house ever goes to plan) he took it all in his stride. The quality of the kitchen is brilliant, there is nothing I would change. I would recommend sigma to anyone and would use them again in the future. An easy 5 star review :)

Highly recommend Sigma 3 Swansea
We went to Sigma 3 Swansea and were greeted by Morgan. He did a great design for us and he was able to answer any questions we had. He knew our budget and made sure our kitchen did not exceed this. When the kitchen was fitted, Dean did a brilliant job fitting and Alun did a great job of the electrics. All of the work was completed exactly to the schedule. Stress-free experience, beautiful kitchen, exceptional fitting
After a stressful experience at another designer, Sigma Kitchens, and especially Negar, were a breath of fresh air!
Negar really listened and understood exactly what I wanted the kitchen to feel and be like. Negar was so friendly and personable, she felt like friend, and was able to give honest opinions, which when you're making big (expensive!) decisions is really helpful!
The Sigma showroom was a game-changer too. I got to see and feel every element of our design in real life, which made decisions so much easier. Negar was able to demonstrate how things would work, come together and look.
The kitchen arrived on time and was fitted by Iestyn who was exceptional. His work ethic and quality of work were amazing. He kept in communication throughout, double checking certain aspects where required.
My experience with Negar, and Sigma, was so positive, I chose to purchase three fitted wardrobes from them as well.

We were recommended Sigma 3 by our friends who already had 2 kitchens installed by them, so we visited the showroom near Culver Cross and was really impressed with the kitchens and lots of options on display. We were helped by Robyn who was really helpful and she called to see us the next day to help design our kitchen. We were given several option drawings and costings when we met Robin again in the showroom. We ordered the kitchen and were given a delivery and installation date, which was kept to. Greg and Kevin the installers were superb, nothing was too much trouble for them. We are so happy with our new kitchen and can highly recommend Sigma 3, you wont be disappointed.

From Vision to Reality - Thank You, Sigma 3
From start to finish, the team at Sigma 3 genuinely cared about getting everything perfect and helping us achieve our vision. We had both our kitchen and bedroom designed and installed at the same time while we were in the process of buying our property. Dave came out early to measure and design both rooms, and the team then organised everything so work could begin the very week we received our keys.
Despite a tight schedule, all the preparation, building work, decorating and installation were completed within eight weeks — just in time for us to move in before Christmas. Any minor snags (and there were very few) were dealt with quickly and efficiently and are now completely resolved.
One of the biggest advantages was Sigma 3 coordinating the builders, decorators, electricians, plumbers and fitters, saving us the stress of sourcing and managing trades ourselves. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was their follow-up after completion to make sure we were fully happy with everything. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results and would highly recommend Sigma 3 to anyone looking for quality, professionalism and excellent customer care.

Reliable, professional trades people.
Sigma 3 installed my previous kitchen, 16 years ago, everything was almost still as new, so it was suggested to me to replace just the doors and work tops. I had a new double Neff oven and a cupboard was replaced with a drawer unit. I was a bit sceptical wondering if I should have had everything replaced. Well, thanks to Nigel, a very professional fitter, I couldn't be more please with the outcome. It looks as if everything is brand new. The quartz tops certainly provided an upgrade to the overall look.

A great second kitchen from SIGMA
We had our second SIGMA kitchen fitted in our new home in December, and it is absolutely excellent. We asked if Martyn could be our designer, and once again, he drew up perfect plans for just what we wanted. The fitting was done by Peter, who is superb. He kept the place clean and tidy as he worked. The result is really splendid - masses of storage space, clean lines, top-class worktop, and the best of NEFF appliances. A special word of thanks to James, who advised on some areas - his all round knowlege is fantastic. Finally, thanks to Edward, who managed the whole effort, including the financial aspect. A great team effort by SIGMA at Culverhouse Cross in Cardiff.
