Excellent customer service and excellent delivery service.

My order arrived late despite me paying extra for faster delivery, and when it did arrive, it ended up being the wrong pattern.
Definitely left a pretty poor impression.

Bandanas very thin and rough, but that's not why I give 1 star. The photo didn't give true colour, I guessed the wrong way.. apparently tigers can be yellow and black, not orange and black... but the worst was the packer's perfume clinging to them and that they don't accept returns on sale items...

They sent a bandana I didn't order, when I questioned this with them they said the one I had ordered was out of stock, unbelievable won't order from them again.

Received in good time and condition, unfortunately one of the bandanas was not what i ordered but after talking to the support team this was resolved.

The bandanas were fine but a bit small. I had to give them to my kids they didn't fit me.

Too much plastic for a cotton bandana. Bad customer service. I was advised that my next order would come without a plastic bag and no plastic packaging. This did not happen although I did as advised and replied to them with the order number. Will not use this company again.

I placed an order over a month ago now and no sign of the bandana (after saying it would arrive between 2-3 business days) I’ve emailed three times and have received no responses at all. I also used the chat function on their website and also received no responses at all. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service and feel I’ve been scammed. Do not recommend buying from this website (and would also like my money back)

The reason why I’m giving this a two not a one is because when I asked where my package is at least they replied but I payed for next day and it came 2 weeks later not happy with that

There was a missing item in my order in which they said they will offer me a refund however they did not and they ignored my three follow-up emails. Extremely sketch seller, do not trust them!!!

I've only received 1 of my 2 items. I ordered 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be 2/3 days delivery. I contacted you and had one reply but nothing else

Great service, quick delivery

Ordered on 11 July. Tracking order is via another app which just tells me that the order is shipped with no expected delivery date. Very disappointed so far with service.

I ordered a bandana on Wednesday 21 July and paid a lot extra for next business working day delivery so that it would arrive on Friday as was required for an event I was going to on Saturday 23 July. Friday came and no bandana. I contacted Shyface on their Online Chat Portal and they said
"Unfortunately we are a little late on dispatching your order. Due to the amount of orders we are processing. Your order is dispatched today. What we will do is refund your delivery costs for you. We do apologise for the wait"
So despite having paid the extra postage to ensure it was sent out to arrive on the Friday I find out it hasn't even been sent. A refund for postage I would expect. However that is a woeful lack of communication to inform me that the order has not been dispatched especially as I had paid for the next working day. The bandana eventually arrived on Monday. The bandana was now no use to me. It is now over a week later and yet I have received no delivery refund despite them promising me. Do not believe this company. In fact do not deal with this company as they lie and do not respond to their support emails.
