Our shutters are great - they give much needed privacy on our road(!) and provide that extra bit of insulation in the winter. I imagine the cost of the shutters has been offset by the increase in value on the house, as I keep getting neighbours asking where we got them from!

The shutters look great at a distance. The guy who fitted them did a good job. He tidied up after himself.
But the manufacturing quality of some of the slats and the surrounding framework is very disappointing, with many imperfections. Certainly not to the standard that I was shown during my sales visit.
I have asked for a re visit to discuss my issues. I'm waiting for a date to be offered.

We are delighted with our plantation shutters & vertical blinds. The fit, attention to detail & quality are second to none.
