Great Product & Service
Very high quality shutters were provided by Shuttercraft with excellent customer service throughout delivered by both Steve & Lynn. Installation was expertly finished also by Matt. An excellent business to deal with who deliver competitive pricing with high quality products and customer service that's really first class.

My blinds have transformed my room
Excellent service from Shuttercraft, from the very start from Lynn and Steve through to the fitting by Andy. The blinds themselves are top quality and Andy made a superb job of fitting them. I could not be happier and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much. Nigel.

Great experience with Shuttercraft
I'd had a couple of other companies come to quote before I went ahead with Shuttercraft. Steve came round to measure up and assess the windows (old cottage with wonky windows and beams). He was very professional and friendly and I felt that he really knew his stuff! I was really happy and went straight ahead and ordered the shutters. Andy fitted them and he was also very friendly and did an amazing job! The price was also much better than I had expected. I'm so happy with my shutters.

Efficient service
We have used Shuttercraft before so were happy to return to them for our latest purchase. Steve, who measured, was very efficient, as was Lynn with sending out information about the cost and when the shutters were likely to be ready. Matt, who fitted the shutters was equally impressive and worked very hard for more than four hours fitting them.
What I did not like was being asked to pay the balance of the bill before the fitting. I said I would pay once I was satisfied. The shutters were fitted on a Friday and by Monday morning a "gentle reminder" email was in my inbox. It was convenient to pay on that day, so I did, but I think maybe the team needs to be more careful in the was it handles customers.

Fantastic aftercare service
Fantastic aftercare service. I phoned Shuttercraft and had a reply and fitter out at a time suitable to us. Steve was very professional and went above and beyond what we expected him to do. The patio shutters are looking great and I would definitely recommend Shuttercraft to anyone.

Fantastic company providing great shutters
Everything throughout the process was just as customer service should be. From the communication, the quality of the shutters, the aesthetic and the fitting, we have been delighted. Look forward to dealing with shuttercraft doing the remainder of the house over the coming years.

Good experience of the measuring and quotation stage, concise and relevant information given. Accurate time of wait for installation given, efficient and tidy installer. Excellent product now up at my windows. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Professional and reliable. We have had shutters in our last 3 houses and these, are by far the best. Steve and his team have been brilliant with some pretty challenging windows too! Thanks Steve - great job

Very good Service and installation. Extremely pleased with the shutters. They make the rooms seem bigger and reflect the light when angled.
