dudes literally stole $1000 from me. I complained that i cant withdraw the money. They said after a year you cannot.

And now time later, i check the dashboard and its 0.

This guy should be in prison, this is illegal and i will submit a complaint to police next week.

The journey and the investment of my time in reading alot of information about "Shout art.com" was a great thing in years of living in the media universe.

It's a scam platform. i paid the monthly fee, made up a purchase of 6 influencers, each of the chosen influencers cost 10$ more for Shourcart fee (in addition to the monthly fee), total 60$ on top of the order. And after submission, the order just disappeared: no track, just the card charged for 0.69USD. I raised a ticket, but there was no answer, I raised another ticket, and surprise surprise - both of them had the same number and the Christmas schedule of work for their office, though it's May now. I understood finally it's a fraud. Nevertheless, i got an answer in a really rude form blaming me, i reported to the bank to withdraw the monthly charge.

We are a brand that paid them a fee to be on their platform but our campaign has just stayed in Review for weeks now. When you email them they don't reply! Don't risk using them!

I followed the campaign on Instagram and it ended on January 11, but they haven't paid me what I'm entitled to. I have tried every day to confirm and ask via email but there is no reply. Are they really a scam? Now it's January 16th and I haven't gotten the payment that I should have gotten around $120. Still, they haven't paid what is due to me. I think they are really a scam and a fraud.I suggest stay away from this site.

If their advertisers don’t buy their junk, it’s not my fault, and not the need for their product or service.
Or were they guaranteed to get 10% profit per dollar invested in advertising? Simple as that! )))

Once again, don't waste your time on these scammers. Not only will they not pay, they will also have the audacity to accuse you of being a fraud!!

Absolutely rubbish. Stay away.

They are decent. Fast responses and they’ll keep you in the loop . Only thing I’d watch out for is some of these influencers have botted accounts .. not all of them but a few do where it obviously seems like they have a decent following..

So you’ll be paying to have your post shown to no one really . Most are authentic but I’d watch out and do some research or digging before going for just any page . Overall they are a great company but need to look into some of these pages that they are affiliated with

Ive done 2 promotions and sent the correct screenshots they stole my money and kept saying ive sent incorrect screenshots. They are thieves

They looked like an excellent platform for influencers, I received some offers and then I tried to take the money to my account and they blocked me, now they don't respond to emails and anything. Don't use it.

Very bad services they are very delayed when accepting gigs or when trying to add a genuine accounts. I have a viral Instagram account that I've added and it wasn't accepted, there's users with Fan Accounts that's making money why not my Fan Account. So what does that tells you? They only accept accounts with Fake/Bot followers the opposite of whats in their TOS. I hate to say it, but stay far away from Shoutcart because it's just a waste of time.

Scam website i send my account for approval it has been more than 5 days i didnt recieve any approval email and i cant see my account it is saying that oops it is already been added

I am using Shoutcart as influencer and I earn some money with the platform. You have a dashboard where you see the offers from the brands and then you accept or not, if you accept, you have to write what the brand tells you in the post, upload the link of the tweet or post, and you have the money on your Shoutcart account.

This site is a good source to generate your income!
