This is a scam. Most of the time, video generation does not work, and on top of that, you don’t receive the automatic credits you are promised. To get your monthly credits, you have to go through a ridiculous amount of effort, constantly bombarding their support with emails!
Stay away from this company if you value your time and money.
I purchased a yearly plan specifically to create videos manually, but for the past 5 months, that feature has been completely unusable.
At first, they promised to fix the issue, but months have passed, and nothing has been done.
Now, they don’t even bother to reply to my emails anymore.
Extremely disappointing experience — I strongly advise others to avoid this platform.
I’ve been using ShortsPro for around 8 months now. I’ve grown my YouTube channel from 0 to 17k subscribers and I have multiple videos on TikTok with over 5 million views.
I started on the base plan but recently decided to invest further and purchased the scale plan for the year.
So far I’m very happy with my upgrade and have had no issues creating and auto posting my videos from them.

❗️My Experience with Shortpro.co – Pro Annual Plan
I subscribed to the Pro Annual Plan, which is supposed to include 300 credits per month (10 credits per video). Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Credits were deducted, but many videos failed to generate, and I received no compensation despite the system errors.
The monthly credits are not topped up automatically as promised. I have to request them manually every month, which is already frustrating.
What’s worse is that support never replies. I sent multiple emails, and they were all ignored, absolutely no response.
This recurring issue has completely stopped my video publishing, simply because I can't access the credits I’ve already paid for.
A paid service should come with basic reliability and support, but this platform shows a consistent lack of responsibility toward users.
I have bought pro subscription on this website. Part of which is 300 credits every month.
-count with failed generations or failed auto posting on regular basis
-when this happens credits will be withdrawn but video will not be regenerated for free (or any kind of remedy is not in place)
-using premium features you can lose up to 25 credits every failed generation (the credits which you are paying for)
-naturally if you pay for service which is not working as it should you would want refund - they have "no refund policy"
-their support do not responding despite the fact you are forced to contact them often due the issues with application
-2nd month of pro subscription 300 credit renewal has not arrived, no response from support
