I love the Sho products I have so many from the fortis to water bottles in 500 and 1000,
XL Tumbler , Calix and the food flasks one with dogs on it Awesome, Sho Pacto’s and many Flexi mugs which I have also bought for friends who love them too. Oh and not forgetting my dogs who have the large pet bowl.
Delays, Excuses , Hard To Contace
The first item I bought was great and I commented on FB saying that

Ordered and opted for 2-5 working days delivery
Got a confirm and nothing in that to suggest there was a problem
More than 5 working days later no update and no product
Asked on FB and get a reply anout beong closed over the holidays. They also pointed to a message they say was on the website. Not when I ordered - or of ot was not via the link I used to make the purchase
Today I finally getting an email saying the item is now at their warehouse. So it looks like they are backfilling orders and don’t have the stock
Attempted to cancel order ad I will be away and don’t want it sitting there on my doorstep. Automated reply saying 2-3 days for a response
Looked for a phone number to call - there isn’t one
So I have gone from an enthusiastic customer to one who is very dissatisfied
Be very careful buying from this business. The only option I am left with is a PayPal dispute !

All items are tracked so that’s very helpful iv now got 2 newts which are brilliant for my fizzy drinks can put in my bag and deffo doesn’t leak which other bottles I had bought from other sellers the fizzy drinks would just leak everywhere iv also got 2 water bottles 1 pink with butterflies on and a green 1 both these don’t leak either and iv got a small pink handbag size for when popping out brilliant that none leak so I’m very happy with my purchases iv also got a food flask which only got other day so haven’t used it yet but when try it will update on it plus iv since ordered a few more food flasks and bottles handbag size for my family just waiting on a delivery date for these but I’m very happy with my bottles deffo recommend

Absolutely disgusting I have the small food flask and only keeps warm for about 4 hours I emailed them and for god sake ask me if I had warmed it up properly and sent me
A video and then the next email stated I needed to fill the flask with hot hot water and check to see when it goes cool and take the temperature seriously it’s spose to be 30 day money back what a flipping laugh and then said I used it errrr yes if I didn’t use it how would I know it didn’t keep food hot

Love SHO products
I bought a SHO cup several months ago. I now have 6. They are so good its turning into a bit of an addiction buying them. The patterned cups are particularly lovely and I get alot of compliments when out and about with them. They do regular offers that make them good value. I've knocked a star off as it takes some time for them to leave the warehouse once you have ordered. They use royal mail thank goodness for delivery.

Very poor experience
Very poor experience. Purchased a bottle at the end of November. By the 8th of December the lid had broken. Was told it wasn’t covered by the warranty and all they could do was reduce the price of a replacement lid by 20%. No consideration that the lid could be faulty. A waste of £16 for a bottle that lasted a week. Very poor customer service and they haven’t replied to my latest email. Avoid! Not fit for purpose and a pointless warranty.
The other reviews with the same issue/ similar issues speaks volumes! Avoid!!
Don’t order, scam company!!!!!
It was a gift from my child to her father, she chooses it. On 17th received an email that my order is on the way and will be with me by December 23. On royal mail website no more updates till now, just we’re expecting it. I’m very disappointed and can’t describe how my daughter feels. Scam company!!!

Lifetime guarantee not honoured
They have a lifetime guarantee that they don’t honour. They’ll make it as difficult as possible to not send replacements out, even for something that costs a fiver! We have two of their straw and lid bottles and one started leaking. They sent a lengthy emailing explaining that we perhaps cleaned it wrong, the silicone may have been lost etc etc I didn’t have time for back and forth on emails for a replacement item that cost £5 or even to send videos across.
Claims it's Cup holder friendly... It's not
I've bought from sho many times and love their cups but they aren't cup holder friendly. Their XL tumbler claims to be cup holder friendly so I ordered one. Not only is it not cup holder friendly but it's based is bigger than their other cups! I contacted them explain it was very misleading and they should state it is only compatible with some cars and they said it was my fault for not checking the dimensions. It's too big for both my cars so not just a fluke. Very disappointed with their response/attitude, and although planning to buy stuff from them as Xmas gifts will now be changing brands.
Is not leak proof
I have the SHO Guzzler. It became apparent after about a day or two of using it that it would leak quite profusely despite being marketed as leak free. I contacted SHO and they kindly sent me a new lid to try. This lid also leaks. I also noticed if you take the straw element out, there was a black mould substance pooled in the lid which must be where the water is leaking and pooling around the outside of the straw. Absolutely foul and not fit for purpose. Given the amount of bottles in the market for that price I’m gutted I spent my money here
Delayed item with NO tracking
Ordered a personalised gift for my friend and it was dispatched on 28th November. It’s not arrived and communication just says ‘sorry we have an unprecedented amount of calls and queries’ - not a surprise. Royal Mail tracking is blank and it was supposed to be here within 48 hours.
Disappointing Engraving & Condescending Support
I ordered a personally engraved bottle from SHO for my little one. The bottle itself is great – the build quality and design are brilliant. Unfortunately, the engraving really let the whole experience down.
The engraving I received was shockingly poor for the extra cost. It was much smaller than expected and placed in a very unnoticeable spot on the bottle. I shared images with the support team, and they responded with screenshots from their own website showing how the engraving should look, which was significantly better than what I got.
What made the situation worse was the customer support response. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the tone came across as condescending. Phrases like “sounds like you missed this” felt dismissive, especially when I had provided clear evidence of the discrepancy.
Overall, a disappointing experience for what should have been a special personalised gift. The product itself is great, but the engraving quality and customer service need serious improvement.

We took the newt with milk in with us on a weekend away. The shape fits into the bottle holder on the side of the Weekender bag and it kept our milk cold for both days.
Like the shape too and the fact it comes apart for cleaning. Win/win.
Never again - Slow and unhelpful!!
I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Sho. I placed my order 7 days ago and still haven’t received the bottle. I ordered it expecting the usual 24–48 hour delivery that most companies manage these days. When it didn’t arrive, I became concerned it had gone missing and tried to contact them — only to discover there’s no phone number, so everything has to be done via email.
The customer service has been equally underwhelming. Rather than apologising or trying to help, they simply pointed out that their long dispatch and delivery times are “within their terms” and told me to keep waiting. Seven days though… seriously? It’s absurd in 2025.
Safe to say they won’t be getting my business again.
