This company doesn’t refund faulty products or see reason when you are away from home, with a faulty bottle, in need of a refund so it can be replaced.
Bottle was broken on first use due to a faulty seal. I bought in advance due to wanting other products so didn’t use this for a number of weeks. On first use, abroad, it has a faulty seal.
The products are generally good, but if you are unlucky enough to have a faulty one, Customer service is absolutely terrible.
I’ll go back to Amazon who would have refunded it.
Really disappointing product.
Really disappointing customer service. As a review below, a knocked my Guzzler bottle over on the counter and lid immediately snapped. I've only had the bottle for a week.
I emailed customer service as clearly the bottle is not fit for purpose and assumed they would send a replacement lid. I was offered 20% (which is a promo running for everyone at the moment anyway!) to replace the lid.
All in all, I think the product is genuinely not well made if it cannot withstand being knocked over. Customer service response unacceptable and indicated that this is a common problem as they said "We simply couldn't afford to replace every bottle someone drops"
Unfortunately I cannot recommend them.
Broken lid in under 3 days, refused to replace
Bought two childrens bottles with straw attachments. One of the lids was dropped after its first use and broke instantly.
I was honest about the lid being dropped to customer service who have refused to replace the lid despite the product being under under 3 days old.
Clearly not sturdy enough for any regular use, or this was a manufacturing fault as I've never had any issues with similar products from other brands.
It's a shame as the designs are great for kids.
Food flask
Ordered a food flask to store soup. Very pleased with the product.
When I had a query about reattaching the silicone seal they came back to me very quickly.
Sent me a dirty previously opened item
They sent me a food flask which had been previously opened and had dirty fingerprints all over the inside. When I reached out to customer service they claimed it must have been one that they opened to check for “quality control.” Surely they shouldn’t be selling items in this condition, particularly when used for food. I was grossed out by the whole thing. They accept no responsibility for their mistakes. It was also not made clear until the product arrived that it would need to be pre heated with boiling water for 10 minutes before filling. Apparently I should have known this and there was no need for them to make it clear when selling it. Terrible ethics.
Faulty item
I have ordered many times from SHO, and I’ve always been happy with all their products. Placed another couple of orders at Christmas, and the lid on the pink calix isn’t very secure. It bounces back up. Have emailed with a photo, only received an automated response, no personal response. I find this very disappointing and poor customer service. Especially when I have placed quite a few orders! Hence one star!

No customer service response, ordered for a birthday present but no idea when they’ll send it as they won’t answer After sending a “sorry it’s going to be delayed” email. Can’t review a one star on their site either!
Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company. Brought 2 flasks quality terrible as they don't retain any heat. Asked for refund within 14 days they refused they will only replace despite Consumer Act When you buy goods online from a trader, the goods must be of satisfactory quality as described and fit for purpose. If there's a problem with the item you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. they are breaking the law!!!! Do not buy anything from them. So upsetting as Ive never had this experience from any company before.

I recently brought a food flask as I’d like to start having a hot lunch at work. The company were quick to dispatch it. It arrived and looked great. I followed the instructions and put hot soup in it, 4 hours later I opened it to find the soup was just warm, I’m so disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend one
No show from SHO
I have given this company one star for their ability to take my booking and payment. However this is where everything stops as my it is very much a 'no show' SHO bottle. Payment was made for the items on July 15th and whilst I have communicated by email asking where the item was there has been no response three weeks later and no sign of the item purchased. An email was sent with a tracking number for the post office delivery but the tracking number is not recognised at all.

All my bottles and food flasks have been amazing, great quality and lovely colours. Wonderful interactions with customer service on facebook and instagram.
My latest order was the mystery box and I couldnt be happier with it dog pattern food flask, pink cup and bright green 750ml bottle, little clip and a replacement lid and also my cat loved the box so a win win alround

However the customer service ,updates and lack or responses to problems on social media platforms have been totally unacceptable.
Releasing products at certain times in the day and stating this only to change it when over 3/4 of their cliental have already set reminders for the original release time.
They have had a-lot of unhappy customers who commented their valid points over social media only for them to completely ignore and disregard potential buyers.
When trying to purchase items when they’re apparently out of stock you will still get reminders as if they’re in stock and ready to check out from
Your basket.
This is not the case just a waste of your time.

I have a faulty 1ltr original 2.0 bottle that loses temperature both hot and cold drastically. I’ve was sent some questions which I answered and then 1 day later I get asked the same questions.
I’ve had enough now, it’s as though they don’t want to deal with the issue by either refunding or replacing the bottle. Absolute fraud of a company. Please beware of this company
WONT STAY HOT EVEN FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
I bought the large food flask at Xmas. I contacted sho did exactly as they say its still not hot food after a couple of hours. I fill to the top with boiling water keep it in 10/15 min fill the flask full.which wastes food, had I known u need to fully fill I would not have bought large. When I go to have my dinner in work it had to be taken out and microwaved. Poor. Would not recommend
SHO water flask.
Brilliant piece of kit holding 1 1/2 litres of cold water for 2 working gundogs. Big enough to keep them hydrated and strong enough to rattle about in the back of the car without leaking. Cracking product and highly recommended. Will get another one before summer.

I have the food flask, Calix and Pacto and they do what they say. I did have problems with the food flask, but emails back and forth with Katie sorted everything out. Without hesitation I would recommend Sho.
