When I received them they were all stuck together …
When I received them I was very disappointed. They were all stuck together I had to pull some apart with my teeth then the liquid would be everywhere. But once I got some down it seemed like it gave me more energy which I was very impressed. So I’m sticking with yall to see if it gets better.

Cold fingers and toes-No More!
I've been taking them for a couple of weeks. So far, I've noticed that my fingers and toes do not get cold, esp. in the evenings. That in itself is a pleasant relief and an indicator of improved circulation.

Cayenne soft gels experience
I received my product and have been taking it for 2 weeks now. I'm not sure of the benefits yet because it takes a while for it to get into your system. Just like any medication but so far no bad taste. Easy to take three soft gels a day.
