I placed my order on Mar 11 and it arrived Mar 22.
The only hick-up was the fact that I ordered the item for my brother,so I had to give his address as shipping address but that didn’t work on the site.
So I had to send them a mail to correct that.
The product is great.It is a cap clip-on lens.My brother is visually impaired and it works very well for him.

The reason the different shipping address is a problem is as it's a technique fraudulent buyers use trying to use stolen card data and send to themselves. Sorry that it made it tricky. It doesn't always happen.
This is a fantastic product we agree and we are so pleased it is working out for your brother. Hope he has a lot of joy in using it.

Shipping...
I would liked to have had a choice about shipping. a Flat rate USPS was the only option and as a result I have had to wait almost 2 weeks for a package to travel less than 400 miles.

Great so far.
Received what I ordered. It is a gift so I haven’t had the chance to review the quality but everything looks great so far. Excited to see how they compare to the $200 version.

I never received my order
I never received my order. The only thing sent to me was a bogus tracking number. I’ll be disputing the purchase with my CC issuer. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

Please stop spamming 1 star reviews that are entirely unfair and based on untruthy statements. We cannot make shipments move any faster during a pandemic.

Thank you so much for a top review. Yes we think 4 stars is great because not everything is perfect. Sometimes 5 stars is too good to be true. You had a 13 day delivery (our halloween delivery duration of choice) which was later than pre covid. But you are also west coast so thank you for understanding. These masks really do scare. So please scare responsibly!

Ordered my cycling top
Ordered my cycling top. Didn't fit for some reason so spoke to Calvin who was very helpful. Returned the top for the next size up which I've received. And a free charge cable. Excellent service and will definitely purchase more cycling gear from the company. Very happy with the purchase.
