I bought a hair clip and the next day the heart gem fell off. I was disappointed as I wouldn’t expect this from a hair clip which is priced at £15. I reached out to Silkie to see if a replacement could be sent, however 3 weeks later I still haven’t heard back. Overall a disappointing experience which is a shame. I wouldn’t recommend on the basis that there doesn’t seem to be active customer service management and lack of quality control for products.

The true review of a company is when something goes array as per my first order due to festive postal delays, and auto emails asking how I was finding my order before it arrived. I initially thought I had been scammed, but after query was raised I was instantly reassured, and the order did finally arrive and I am delighted with quality and products.

It’s a nicely made brush good quality- but I can’t see the benefit for my hair anyway. Thinking of sending it back but not sure if I can get a refund.

Love the scrunchie and the comb! The comb is perfect for popping in a handbag, and the scrunchie is a lot bigger than I’d expected - looks so good when I toss my hair in a bun. Shipping was very quick as well.
