I would avoid at all costs, the email receipts most of them bounce back! even though they clearly have the date when ordered and the items ordered! You email them and it takes weeks for them reply. It's not worth signing up for, you have to scan hundreds of receipts for a measly fiver! Nielsen Is is a hundreds times better

I have used this app for some time and recently made a greater effort to collect points, accumulating 14,200 tokens before redeeming them for a voucher. This is over 500 receipts submitted!
Unfortunately, when I attempted to use the voucher instore, it was shown as invalid. I contacted customer support the following day and was advised that they would contact the voucher supplier to investigate.
After waiting two weeks without any update, I requested that the voucher be cancelled and my tokens reinstated so that I could redeem them another way. My request was acknowledged and I was told it had been escalated, but no action was taken.
A week later, I followed up again and repeated my request for the voucher to be cancelled and my tokens returned. Once again, I was told the matter had been escalated. I have since contacted support again to request my tokens back, as I no longer require the voucher, but I have received no response.
It has now been four weeks since I redeemed my tokens. While the original issue was disappointing, my main frustration is the lack of resolution and communication. I would simply like my tokens reinstated so that I can redeem them as cash or choose an alternative reward.
Based on my experience, I cannot currently recommend the app due to false advertisement of rewards and the poor handling of customer support issues.
I am happy to update this review if the issue is resolved with my tokens reinstated and successfully redeemed with an alternative reward of my choice.
UPDATE: Following my original review, Shoppix contacted me and resolved the issue. my tokens were reinstated, allowing me to redeem them for cash instead, and the payment has now successfully arrived in my account.
While I remain disappointed that it took four weeks and several follow-up messages to reach a resolution, I appreciate that the issue was ultimately rectified and my tokens were reinstated then subsequently claimed.
I have therefore updated my review to reflect the positive outcome.

Excellent side hustle!
I’ve been using this app since 2019. When used consistently on a good spending year, I’ve managed to save over £100 in a year just from scanning receipts and completing the little surveys it suggests. I’ve never had any problems with scanning receipts or sending e-receipts. The only ones it doesn’t like are PayPal ones and that’s ok.

I’ve been using this site for a number of years now and found it to be easy to use and customer service always excellent. Until recently. Suddenly my e-receipts (of course nowadays these outnumber paper ones) are immediately bouncing back as undeliverable. I’ve flagged this several times only to be told that alls ok at their end (and mine, I’m running the latest app version) and to try resubmitting at other times of the day? Bizarre. Anyway I tried that to no avail. I think I may need to accept customer service aren’t too interested in finding a solution that works for the actual customer.

These people are charging me $20 a month for something.I did not sign up for I have had to change my banking account information to keep these people out of my account. And now I can't figure out how to unsubscribe or pull my information easily.I mean , what the f*** is going on with this company

The app is good on the whole but I have recently faced a few issues and it doesn't feel like support is doing much to help.
Firstly, receipts are sometimes getting rejected as they have read the date wrong but there is no way for me to challenge this and its frustrating.
Secondly, over the last month or so I have had numerous issues submitting email receipts. The first time they said they would let me know once fixed, I continued to try and some bound back and some didn't, no apology or tokens for those I could not submit though. Then not long after it seemed fixed it started happening again, emailed again and got the same response. No real information into why it keeps happening, no apology. Over the last month or so I have sent around 10 receipts that bounced back as undelivered, emails that I do not want to trawl through to find as some sent others didn't making it hard to keep track of. I have missed out on at least 300 points due to their errors but no mention of any tokens for the problems and missing tokens. It can take a while to build them up anyway, let alone in January so missing points when we have receipts is frustrating!
Update - After speaking to the company they offered no help just that this issue was now fixed and wanted me to go through hundreds of emails to find all the ones that bounced back! When I said this didn’t seem fair after such a long period and chasing them they offered 50!! Tokens, the equivalent to just two receipts not sent on the day of purchase. I used to think this company was great, but the customer service Ive received is poor.

I have a problem sending digital receipts as it keeps sending them back saying my email address is not recognised.
And receipts I have previously had accepted are now being rejected.
And they give you surveys to do but then won't let you do them
Can't get hold of anybody to sort these problems out

So got my account disabled for no reason and no explanation. Also had enough points accumulated to get some vouchers that I obviously couldn’t claim. And support team are not responding. So what’s the point you may ask?! And I’ve heard that I’m not the only one…

So at first kept running into weekly limit issues, although didn’t reach their mentioned 30 weekly receipt limit. And then it started to happen every 2-3 days. When questioned it, they just blocked my account, with no explanation.
So they gather your shopping habits, sell them to 3rd parties, raise up target limits, and then just delete your account for no reason without explanation and without awarding the points… scammers, that’s who they are!!
Can you give me an update if I can get my account back ?! As I have done nothing wrong, apart from

Absolutely rubbish..I was scanning receipts everyday. Everything was going good..when the time came to withdraw the voucher the app stopped working. Wouldn't let me logging.. I installed the app lots of time and emailed the company..still did not work and no reply either. These people are fake
