It was easy to place the order and it arrived within a few days. I would have given 5 stars if delivery had been the next day in a similar way to Amazon

the product is absolute rubish - not as discribed - suction is pathetic and anything that is vacumed up does not go into the collectrion chamber - i rang to advise and asked to return the product but was told that because i had opened the box i could not return it - this is against my statutory rights !! I have been a good customer and this is the second seriously substandard product that i have purchased from you - never ever again !!

The product did not work in the way it showed all it did.was ruin.my sofa , which now.ive had to pay to get it proffesinally cleaned

From watching the team live on tv showing great products at quality prices & going into great details about the product & even live demonstrations & how easy & convient it is to order online again with on screen demonstration , I've purchased alot of great products from household cleaning like Blue Magic, Window buddy The Miracle Shammys XL Health vibration board The Gym Magic & cardio Pro, Also purchased the Green compression leggings wich I'm waiting to receive due to a minor issue with the post but everything I've listed have been worth every penny & the team don't just help with demonstrations on tv & giving details of there benefits the telephone customer service are there to help with any queries or questions regarding your purchases & always quick to sort any problems you may have ?

Hello, I just wanted to WARN people about Mulberry Silk. A few years ago the same presenter was on Ideal World. I bought a Mulberry mattress. It was expensive over £600 and it is impossible to lift. This means I cannot tuck bottom sheet resulting in wrinkled sheet. It is so heavy meaning it cannot be turned. I have never had a good nights sleep since purchasing this rip off mattress. The Mulberry Silk representative should be selling cars. You have been warned. I must add that I caught Ray last night but bought mattress 4/5 years ago.

Get a Royal Mail postcard saying it was under paid postage. I got charged £3.50 to get my item delivered.
They had only put a £2.75 postage on it.
So not impressed at all

This was my first order with you and it is my last the time i waited for my order was ridiculous and i phoned 3 times and customer service was no help at all would not even give me a refund and one girl was very rude it is the worst shopping channel i have ever had dealings with in my ranking you come last and never again.

This is the second item of this type I've purchased from shoptv and both have been well packaged, delivered within the specified timeframe and well presented. As a guy of a certain age, both of the following have been an important part of my music life. The David Bowie Aladdin Sane Gold disc, and The Beatles Abbey Road Platinum disc are excellent products. I’ve never been disappointed with any of my several purchases from shoptv.

I contacted Jane Plan which I was informed my number would be "captured" and I would receive a call back. I did received a call at 12 noon but I was working. They said they would call me back after 4. No call. I called again at appox 6pm as the offer was expiring at midnight. No call back. I emailed and received a response from Robbie apologising and would honour the offer. I again gave my number and a time. No call!
