I haven't even received my items yet but they have really, really terrible customer service. Takes forever to hear back, they'll respond to one thing then a day later respond again, etc When there is a problem it is everyone else's fault, there is no accountability, no rush, no sense of urgency. Save your mental health and shop elsewhere.

They may be good with clothes!

Their cuffed "capri" pants are nothing more than short jeans that they folded up. At the very least they could sew the cuffs to the jean so they dont come unfolded all the time. This is the second pair of "capri's" I have received like that. Ive ordered some good stuff on here but its becoming more and more mediocre than anything good. One of the shirts I ordered looks like it was sewn on backwards. Looking at the picture online blown up, its the design. Why would anyone wear a shirt that way? It looks stupid. I always end up returning half of my order due to bad fit or just bad clothes. I dont think Im going to order from here anymore.

If you are buying anything using a discount code you better know what size you’ll need because the discount makes them ineligible to be returned if they don’t fit! Nothing will be marked final sale on your receipt and there will be no warning that this is the case before or after you purchase! It’s the most bogus clause I’ve ever seen a store have!

The absolute worst customer service. I paid shipping and a 're-do' fee of $3.48 that was not property disclosed to me. They refusing to honor it and are only giving me store credit. This item was not a final sale. Now I am stuck with ill fitting jeans and a $70 lesson learned.

Please make sure you purchase your exact size- at some point in the last year they changed their return policy and now charge a 20% restocking fee simply to exchange for a different size! I used their size guide and bought the same size I purchased over the summer but somehow these jeans were way too big. I’m not paying $50 to exchange 3 pairs of jeans for the correct size! I’d rather find whatever Chinese manufacturer Moco uses and buy directly from them. I wish I hadn’t purchased from Moco now that I’m stuck with jeans I can’t wear.

Don't order! First order came quickly; I was impressed! Second order took longer to arrive. Third order didn't arrive for 12 days. Fourth order I just canceled, placed it 5 days ago and still not shipped.. Customer service is a complete joke! They respond as if reading a script. You can't review their products, if you leave a comment on their Facebook site and it isn't complimentary; they delete it.
