I love the products that I can purchase as inexpensive customer gifts. But the shipping and customer service is HIDEOUS. I live literally 20 minutes from the shipping facility and it takes FOREVER to get my packages (they use DHL). Right now I have one that has not moved in two full weeks since being picked up by DHL and customer service at Shop Miss A won't help me until it has been gone another two weeks. DHL won't help me as they say the shipper has to file a trace. I have a customer appreciation event that I now have no gifts available for! So I'll have to shop on Amazon. I will never again trust them to get something on time. If I don't care if I receive it in a few months, then maybe. You know the package is missing, just do the dang trace! Even DHL says 10 days...you are making me wait a full month. STUPID.

I see a lot of people on here basically just throwing immature whiny hissy fits that have more to do with poor shipping during Co-vid that the company has no control over and a lot of which seems to have to do with import practices in their home countries. (Which of course are going to have problems during a pandemic).

However my experiences with shopmissa has been largely positive. There have been a few times the US postal service lost my package in the mail for a while but I have always received them. Any products that came damaged were quickly refunded when I went through the proper channels and while the general "dollar store" brands they carry can be hit or miss I've loved almost everything from Shopmissa's home AOA brand.

I've been waiting and waiting for my package and it never arrived. I also received a tracking number with no updates since 12th of October. And now when I try to track it DHL says it doesnt exist so I want to believe this company is a scam so DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Apres avoir lue certains avis je ne croyais pas recevoir ma commande mais elle est bien arriver avec un peu de retard car elle était passer par la douane.
J'ai pris surtout des gloss et des boules de bain et pour le prix c'est convenable.
Par contre une des boules de bain avais casser et c'était disperse partout dans mon colis

I have never had an issue with this website. I always get my orders within a week, and none of the products have ever been subpar? I adore the eyeliner, beauty blenders, and lipstick. The foundation also always looks great, as well as the falsies and the contour! This has become one of the only places I buy makeup now. Thank you!

PESSIMO! Pacco ordinato a maggio e arrivato A FINE OTTOBRE. Per quanto saranno buoni i prodotti non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Tell me why my wish package came sooner that this package. It’s been a month and they don’t know what happened to my package.I had to email the place for a week asking where my package was. They ended up paying for my package with a extra $5 on top.

Alors, comment vous expliquer à quel point je suis dégoûtée 🧐. De base j’ai commandé une trentaine d’articles à moins d’1€. Ce qui est super abordable soyons d’accord. J’ai décidé de commander pas mal de choses puisque les frais de ports sont quand même conséquents.
Le colis arrivé en Belgique, on m’apprend que soit je paye 35€, soit mon colis est renvoyé. Merci la douane. Je suis outrée de devoir payer une telle taxe qui représente 2€ de moins du total des articles que j’ai commandé. Mon commentaire n’a peut être pas bcp d’importance mais franchement, écoutez moi, ne commandez pas sur ce site. Payer un tel prix pour des articles de qualités médiocres (il faut se l’avouer) n’est pas très intelligent. Impossible de contacter le site en cas de problèmes. Les chouchous sont microscopiques, effilochés. L’eye liner est semblable à un marqueur noir. Les pinceaux perdent leur poils. Les produits de make up sont en général très gras et cheap. Les gloss qui, soit disant, ont le goût de fruits, bah n’en n’ont absolument pas (j’ai pris un à la cerise, à la pastèque et un au citron de marques différentes à chaque fois), et j’en passe. Je suis vraiment outrée d’avoir dépensé autant là dedans. Si vous êtes en Europe FUYEZ CE SITE.

J'avais commandé une première fois en septembre 2019 mon colis était arrivé en deux semaines j'étais ravie des produits.
J'ai voulu refaire une commande fin août. Je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu. Le fait qu'on ne puisse pas tracker notre commande lorsqu'elle arrive en France et un gros point négatif.
Depuis le 10 septembre je ne peux plus tracer mon colis alors qu'on m'indique qu'il est arrivé en France.
J'ai même contacté DHL qui m'ont dit qu'il n'y avait aucun moyen de tracer mon colis. Je suis vraiment déçue... En tant qu'étudiante qui ne roule pas sur l'or perdre une cinquantaine d'euros pour ne rien recevoir à la fin c'est réellement frustrant.

I think some of their makeup products are acceptable. Some do have a weird smell, while some others don’t. Some of their makeup have a cheap quality so they are only good for cameras or going out for a short while. HOWEVER, their makeup sponges, faux minx lashes, and makeup bags are pretty good!

If you buy here , you're gonna regret! it's that simple. It's 1 year since I ordered. Never received the parcel. No refund either! Fraudsters! Avoid at all costs

I would never ever recommend this online shop! Almost 4 months have passed and I still haven't received my orders! I've been following up but they are using the same excuses over and over again! Be prepared to lose your money if you decide to order from this shop. Very bad experience!

Ive shopped twice with MissA and I have 0 complaints, obviously the shipping is going to take a while as they are not a UK based company but for the quality of the products you cannot beat the prices. I paid £7 for shipping which is reasonable and £0 customs charge. No complaints about this website, I have no idea what the bad reviews are about. However many things I want are not in stock but after 3 weeks theyre usually back, the longest I have waited is a week and a half and the last order I got was 5 days.

Shopmissa has REALLY BAD customer service, they don’t help if your package is lost. They say they don’t have anything to do with your package after it’s delivered they will not assist you with anything after they have there money.

No me ha llegado el paquete y ni si quiera se hacen cargo. Pedimos bastantes cosas y nos hemos quedado sin dinero y sin paquete.

Hace tres meses hice un pedido de unos 56 euros... Bien, perdieron el paquete y con la cosa de los retrasos en paquetería por el covid-19, hasta pasados 60 días desde la última actualización del código de seguimiento que te dan no se molestan en hacer nada, ni hablar con la compañía de mensajería ni nada para poder solucionar el problema (Literalmente te dicen que hables tu con ellos para arreglarlo) , y pasados tres meses me han devuelto la mitad del dinero por que los gastos de envío no se devuelven. Pensároslo antes de pedir aquí ya que otras compañías de cosmética que venden a nivel local pueden ofreceros a precios similares productos del mismo tipo. Ah!!! y una vez hecho el reembolso después de los 60 días olvidaros de que os vuelvan a contestar ningún email, se desentienden totalmente de todo.

READ!! First time purchasing from Shop Miss A! I ordered my products on August 1 (they were shipped on the 3rd), and my package was already in my mailbox on Aug 12th, from Texas US to Ontario CA during quarantine. Total of 18 products, $25 USD INCLUDING standard/cheapest shipping.

The products came inside an airbag and ALL of them BUT ONE were SEALED. None of them was missing. The unsealed lipstick had unattached itself inside the bag and smeared all over my products. HOWEVER, that only affected the pointy tip of the lipstick (the rest was just fine) + it hasn't been used before despite being unsealed. Also, the airbag was pretty warm?

PAYMENT METHOD - Used PayPal NOT LINKED TO ANY CARD! I don't have a bank account so I was happy I could still buy my products online.

I read the product reviews on their website and bought the BEST REVIEWED items :) I would say the quality is pretty good. Some of the products I purchased include lipsticks, lip brush, eyeliners, primer, foundation, lip oil, and loose pigment.

I would DEFINITELY buy from Shop Miss A again! I'm just waiting for more $$ on Paypal now haha. Thank you so much Miss A <3

This was my first time ordering off of this site and maybe I just lucked out but everything was exactly as pictured and much better quality than I expected.Shipping was actually pretty fast and it was sealed in an airbag to protect the products.I definitely plan on ordering again,this is a great way to build a make-up collection without spending a ton of cash.

I would not recommend this company, I ordered off them in April and it's now almost August and nothing. I emailed multiple times customer service and it was dealt with in an automated emailed that my order would be reviewed. When or/if I receive mt products I won't be ordering off them again.
