Have bought from there two times. The first time products were missing as well as the packing slip (that was asked from me in order to get a refund) and the second time a product was completely wrong. Instead of giving you money back for the product *they* sent wrong, they give you a code for your next purchase. Also on the second order the processing time for them to send it out was 2 weeks! I really wanted to like them since I love their products but the service could definitely be improved.

Took a bit for the order to come(2 weeks) but I can honestly say I love all the products I ordered, from eye stuff to face cream. Brilliant, worth the wait and money.

I usually order here and they always miss a item or two out my package.I always get a ton of stuff.This time I ordered a ton of stuff for Vday when they had dollar shipping.Well my package was delayed which was terrible to finally get my package and missing a lot of my stuff.My package came in a small bag this time and not a box which I knew couldn’t be right.I’m missing over 20 items.They always circle and mark everything off as if it’s there.I don’t like how they just did me without even notifying me what wasn’t in stock and just refunding it.I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again for a while.I used to love them but eh they alright now.I looked forward to making candles and using my humidifier but I didn’t get any of it. :(

Det noget være rod, bestilte mine ting da det var Black Friday, og har stadig ikke modtaget noget, og der er gået 2 måneder nu. Da jeg så vælger at henvende mig til kundeservice i foregårs, svarer de så i dag, at det er ude af deres kontrol, da den er blevet leveret til mit land. Vil råde jer til ikke at købe fra den her shop!

Soy de Guadalajara , Mexico, y me ha pasado lo mismo que a otras personas en sus comentarios , no se hacen responsables del paquete y me dicen que lo rastreé en oficina postal o en aduana , pero ni si quiera tengo un número de guía con el cual pedir informes ! Ya Que Dhl solo lo trae al país
Y de ahí ya no saben dar informes sobre el pedido , de haber leído los comentarios antes no hubiera comprado, , bien dicen que lo barato cuesta caro 🥲🥲🥲🥲

I have had nothing but great experiences with shop miss A and I’ve been shopping with them for a couple years now. Their AOA products are amazing and a lot of them are better than some high end Products that I’ve used. I have cystic acne and I have been using their AOA skincare line since it dropped and my skin looks amazing!
I have never had an issue with shipping and you do get a tracking number if you look under “account”. People fail to realize once a order is shipped, it’s out of ShopMissA’s hands and it’s up to the courier to get it to you (DHL, USPS). So if you have a problem getting your package, you should follow up with the delivery provider. When I have had an order issue, I contact customer service and they have always been amazing. Sometimes they may require you to send them proof of shipment (ex: a pic of order slip), but they have always been prompt with rectifying any issues I have had. ShopMissA makes beauty affordable and I highly recommend you try it for yourself

its been two months and i haven’t received anything and now theyre saying it’s getting returned to them and theyll give me store credit but why would i want store credit from a place thats just a scam

I've ordered from Shop Miss A a few times, and always had a good experience. Sure, the makeup is dollar store quality, but I knew that from the start, so that's not an issue. My last order had so many problems. First I was missing an item, then another item was broken. The worst thing was a nail polish I ordered. It was almost completely empty, with polish from a different color all around the neck of the bottle. How does that even happen? There was no nail polish spilled in the package, so it was like that when they packed it.
When I contacted them, they took days to respond. I was finally sent a very terse email saying I must be mistaken because they have superb quality control and nothing gets shipped out that isn't brand new and perfect.
Bull!

After several back and forth emails, they basically ghosted me. Obviously this is only a few dollars and they know people won't fight it too much. But, I figured letting the world know of my experience with this review will help someone and keep others from purchasing at this place.
Stay away. The aggravation is not worth it for some inexpensive makeup.

J'ai passé quelque chose comme 5 ou 6 commandes en 3 ans, certaines très importantes, d'autres plus légères, je n'ai jamais eu de souci, à part peut-être le suivi du colis qui laisse à désirer, mais là-dessus ils n'y peuvent rien, c'est le transporteur. Les produits sont de qualité, il y a toujours des surprises (bonnes ou mauvaises, c'est le jeu :) ), le plus gros souci que je vois c'est le réappro, les articles sont très souvent en rupture et ne comptez pas attendre qu'ils reviennent pour enfin commander, ça peut prendre des mois. Je compte continuer mes commandes chez eux :) même les produits de soin sont tops (masques visage, yeux ou bouche à 1$...)

Miss A products are trash and they are thief . they send junk and never what you ordered and when you get in touch with them, saying that they check everything when it's not true and never a refund they stuff is not cheap and fake worst products in makeup look where the company at you'll no nothing good comes from China they don't even get a one star for they products

J'ai passé plusieurs commandes OK, où j'ai bien tout reçu, mais là problème de livraison avec DHL. Le colis est reparti aux US sans me demander mon avis. On ne m'a pas demander de payer de douane ou quoi que ce soit, il est juste arrivé et reparti. Quand ils recevront la commande ils me rembourseront uniquement les articles et non les frais de ports (du gachis.) Je vais cependant essayer de repasser commande quand j'aurai reçu mon remboursement pour voir si je reçois ma commande cette fois ci ou si DHL va encore renvoyer mon colis sans me demander mon avis. Je n'espère pas car j'ai adoré ce site et je serai déçue si je ne peux plus commander dessus.

Order two weeks ago never received my merchandise but as soon as I ordered no more then 10 mins was a status put out that they shipped my items which was strange being that it normally take a day or two. However after two weeks of my order never being scanned I called the post office and they claimed it never even made it to the center so I emailed the company and they told me it got lost and to weight 20 days to see if it shows up. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Especially after doing research and seeing others with the same complaints a friend told me their warehouse was flooded and merchandise was ruined. So I don’t know why they are still accepting orders if this is the case.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, I was provide a shipping number quickly. However that package has not even made it to the post office since the tracking was created. They initially provided me with a USPS tracking number, when I finally got in contact with the company (after writing them on Instagram, they don’t respond to email) they have me a DHL tracking which is stuck at the same date as the other tracking. Neither this company nor DHL can give me a date on when I will receive my package nor will they cancel it even though it hasn’t arrived to the post office and only a label was created on my end as it shows. I just want you all to beware when ordering from this company. I will never order from them again.

I was skeptical at first but all the products were good quality. I made my friends small gift bags with the makeup bags, scarves, lip gloss, etc and everything was super cute and well received. They make great bargain gifts. Not bad quality. I would compare to Daiso, a little better quality and variety than your typical dollar store or dollar general etc. I will order again.

I ordered around 2 months ago and never received my package because it was returned in the middle of delivery process. I emailed customers service several times but they said the money wouldn't be returned until the package is physically back to the company. every time, same answer for more than one month!!

This is the second time that I’ve ordered from them and my package is late again. It took so long for them to even tell me where my package is. I used the USPS and BHL tracking and was told I was getting my package today. It’s the 12th day, I’m expecting it and waiting but I don’t recommend using them.

Pour l’instant je laisse trois étoiles parce que je n’ai pas encore reçu ma commande après presque cinq mois d’attente je suis vraiment déçu pourtant j’ai trop envie de voir mes produits que j’ai commandé mais bon
