I love Shop MissA !!! I bought some beauty blenders and my god, I love the quality!!! And just one dollar each I’m blown away! Order did take a while to arrive but their site did say they were behind orders when I was ordering :) definitely will be shopping there again!

I loved my experience with Shop MissA. All the products seem high quality, none where broken or damaged and the shipping was AMAZING. I got everything I ordered in less than a week and only played $3 shipping!!! I would definitely shop here again 10/10

I live in Brazil,and made two purchases, and the first took forever to arrive. The second one, I didnt get yet, 4 months later.
I sent a email to this store, and is was the answer:
We cannot be sure once the package has left the hands of DHL, so we ask that you contact your country's postal service (Brazil Post) and Customs Facilities and provide them with any information your can to help them locate your package for you.

Not even to contact the delivery service...
I have sent 3 emails to USPS and no answer.

Brasileiras, não comprem dessa loja, pos-venda é ruim e os pacotes não chegam nunca. A gente paga o valor do envio e chegando aqui fica parado um tempão nos correios e tem que pagar aqueles 15,00 ... Dizem que quem entrega é DHL mas no site da DHL eles passam o pacote p USPS, que é tão porcaria quando correios.

I ordered an outfit way back in July... I never received my order. I attempted to contact them so many times but only ever received automated responses. They have no customer service number. I lost out on money and an outfit. Do not shop here!!!

The product was wrapped so nicely, and it arriver fairly quickly. The product was incredible, and customer service was so nice ! Absolutely amazing 😍😍

I was honestly scared to order from here after doing research and seeing so many bad reviews, but I went ahead and ordered last second for a big Christmas gift.
I ordered on Dec 18 at 2:07 AM. 24 items which were $24 plus the $1 shipping... $25 total! At first I was told it would take at least 7-10 days to arrive. So, I figured with it taking at least 7 days, there was no way I would get the gifts in time for Christmas. But I was so wrong!
My order was shipped on Dec 19. (The day after ordering... so fast). I originally saw reviews complaining about the tracking number but it worked fine for me. I was able to see every step that my package was going through. (I'm not an international buyer. I'm buying from Kentucky)
I got my package on Dec 24, just in time for Christmas, and a lot faster than what they told me to expect! (Took only 5 days instead 7-10). I tried a face mask and some hand lotion for myself and they left my skin feeling great. Going to be such a good gift! I'm beyond happy with how everything went, I truly have no idea why there are so many bad reviews on these sites. :)

ZERO STARS!!! I’m so livid! I have ordered here before and never had a problem!!! YOU GUYS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A LEGIT COMPANY SO GET A FREAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER!!!!! I ORDERED ON THE 30th of November!!! STILL NO PACKAGE!!!!! I have emailed 5 times, tagged on twitter etc! NOT ONE PERSON HAS REACHED OUT TO ME!!!! I KEEP GETTING AUTOMATED RESPONSES!!!!!!! I’m so flipping mad!

Ordered a few times, so cheap and great products. One time a product came broken and customer service was fast and fixed the issue right away.

When I got my package it was raped well. I got Christmas gifts for family. This was perfect. Definitely ordering agin. 👍🏻

- They forgot a pair of earrings in my order and just ignored my e-mail about it. So, I guess be prepared to just not get what you ordered and be okay with that?
- One of the pairs I did get come with a warning label about containing nickel and lead which may cause birth defects. Would have been nice if they put that on the website so that I didn't buy them.
- Quality of the other items was better, but generally hit or miss.
- I ordered from Canada and the shipping makes it not worth it - around $15, plus I even got hit with an extra $12 charge at the post office; unspecified "cash on delivery" charge which I'm guessing was customs-related, but they also ignored the question when I e-mailed them, so I guess I'll never know.
Maybe I would be willing to deal with this site again if I lived in the US, but I'll be shopping elsewhere because for me it wasn't worth it in the long run.

The products are usually really good for the price but the customer-service is horrible!

I ordered a lot of things from them this autumn and one of my items didnt arrive. It was a magnetic palett and they wouldnt ship it to me. They said I could get a giftcard to cover the price but I had bought a lot of single shadows which wass useless and messy without a palett. So I asked if they could pay the shipping since it cost quit a lot to get it to Norway but nah. So if you order from them I really hope that you dont have to interact with the customer-service..

j’ai commandé sur le site fin septembre et aucune trace du colis je ne l’ai jamais reçu... je suis déçue car les produits commandés semblaient vraiment intéressants !

My products arrived within two weeks of placing my order. No complaints about the product quality for the price. I am however shocked at the amount of packaging that was required for three small items to be shipped. It was absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. In addition, none of the packaging was recyclable. I will be going to my local drugstore for a beauty blender next time and skipping the waste until they fix this.

If I could give them no stars I would. I made an order on November 4th, 2019. In aware of the processing time so the 3-5 business days for processing didn’t upset me. Within this time, that state on their website in FAQ, if you need to change your address email customer service under the subject line incorrect address.

I needing to do so, emailed them not once, not twice, not thrice, but four times!!!!!

Each time I sent the email I got their automated bs email as seen below.

IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 DAYS YET I GOT NO RESPONSE.

Not to mention they shipped my order to the incorrect address and charged my card even though I got no response to my emails (I sent at least three more after shipment, making 7 in total).

Their customer service is terrible. Their shipping service is terrible. I will not be spending my money with this company anymore.

I’m going to contact my bank with so the proof and get myself a refund because this is ridiculous.

Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoile, ce site mérite une note négative tellement il est incompétent,
J’ai fait une commande de 40€ le 26/09, colis arrivé en France le 07/10 et toujours aucune nouvelles depuis.
Lorsque je parle au service client on me dit d’appeler mon bureau de poste & de voir avec le service des douanes comme si c’était quelque chose de normal... Mon colis est probablement perdu (voire même peut-être qu’ils ne l’ont jamais envoyé??) et ils refusent catégoriquement de me rembourser sous prétexte que « une fois arrivé en France ce n’est plus de leur ressort », de même pour DHL qui est complètement à la ramasse également.
Ce genre de pratique est inconcevable et je déconseille ce site à quiconque voudrait acheter pour « pas cher ». Quitte à payer le prix autant aller sur d’autres sites sur lesquels je recevrais ma commande. C’est inacceptable et je vois que je ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas-là. Je me demande s’il n’est pas possible de saisir la DGCCRF même si le site n’est pas français.

Customer service is horrible. When there’s a problem or defective item they ask for pictures which were sent . Then they come up with an excuse on how they’re not defective and there’s nothing they can do . Horrible experience time after time. Will never buy again . You are better off going with WISH. 😒

Commandé le 24 septembre, traité le 27 et reçu le 9 octobre ou moins, je l'ai envoyé chez ma mère. Je pense que les envois vers la Belgique vont plus vite qu'en France. Ma mère m'a dit qu'il y avait tout. Du coup super contente. Livraison quand même super rapide. J'avais peur que ça n'arrive jamais à destination mais OUF ça va. Je remettrais un avis dans 2 semaines.

Comme convenue je remets un 2 ème avis en ce 25 octobre 2019. J'ai reçu tous mes produits, je n'ai pas fait d'allergie ayant une peau à vite graisser et avoir des boutons. Produits conforme et arrivé sans casse, j'ai été surprise car très très bien emballé (papier bulle sur les produits les plus fragiles), je rachèterai car tout convient et j'ai ENFIN trouvé un fond de teint à ma couleur je suis plus que ravie 😁.

I wanted to buy some stuff from them but then when I got to checkout I noticed that it was not secure with https. Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is used for secure communication. Forget it, wouldn't trust a online shopping site that doesn't use that protocol.
