Entreprise italienne , gestion catastrophique, ils m’ont envoyé des cages gabions qui n’étaient pas à la bonne taille et ne s’assemblait même pas.
Des dizaines de mails , j’ai pu retourner un colis après avoir attendu plusieurs fois le transporteur qui ne venait jamais.
Suite à cela Shopnova ne me rembourse toujours pas.
1an après Mano Mano le site marchand me rembourse !

This place is a joke 5 weeks now iv waited for a Christmas gift, that i doubt will not turn up , iv sent so many messages , emails and calls no reply, dont use this company they are so bad. This was a gift for my elderly mother.

Waited over a month. They said it had been delivered. Never got it. Do not order from them. They should be banned from USA. This is the worst experience ever!!

Horrible experience overall. I waited over a month for my clothes just to find out that they were two sizes smaller than they should have been. A extra large is really like a extra small Nothing like the pictures! Dont do it!!! No response to my emails regarding item return his website is a nightmare. I have been trying to get in contact with them and i found the this number for the company is NINE ONE NINE⁹³⁹²⁵⁴⁴ I reach out the company help department regarding my issue they ask me for the order number Had a refund issue and was immediately helped by a excellent member of staff our help problem was solved straight away many thanks appreciate your help

TERRIBLE! The overalls are entirely too small. I had to send them back--to CHINA--for an extra $30 only to wait 5 months to get the next size which are also way too small. DO NOT buy from these people

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! it is a scam! I ordered a 100 dollars worth of tops. They are all rip offs. Very very poor quality. Sized very small. One top had one sleeve 4 inches shorter than other sleeve. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!! Return policy is a scam. Even though they say you can return items they don’t get back to you for months when you inquire about a return. Don’t waste your money!

I purchased a dress, to small. There is no way to send
it back. I was very dumb to purchase from them without knowing a way to return it. I learned a pricey lesson.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I bought from these people as it's been bad news from the beginning. I'm looking for a refund after months waiting for an item that, when it finally arrived with no shipping advice, was a horrible colour I would never wear, had no label or size or washing instructions, and worth next to nothing. In fact, it could only have belonged to someone else or come from a thrift store. And they deal with problems by ignoring them and delaying so dealing with the refund by stalling or refusing to accept it. Bad actors all around.

Please do not purchase from this site, it is not a reputable company. I ordered 3 items which were eventually delivered over 4 half months after the order date. The items were of the lowest quality I have ever purchased. I would not wear any of these items. The items were not cheap, £16 for a t shirt, so I expected the quality to be OK. Instead they are 100% synthetic, definitely not the items that were shown in the photograph. It appears that this company use photographs of clothing, add them to the website, charge a price which would make the purchaser think that the company is reputable and not just cheap. Then make cheap plastic copies of the items that vaguely resemble the photograph. I ordered a pair of boots in February that arrived in July. I have had to put these in a sealed bag as the chemical smell was so bad I think they are toxic. I would not even give these to charity as the smell is so bad. The boots were packaged so badly, squashed into a tiny bag that they are creased and wrinkled. I am extremely disappointed with this company and advise you to buy from somewhere else.

I ordered two robotic sweepers on May 5th 2020 & the tracking info said it was picked up by USPS on 5/12 in the Los Angeles Ca area. The order tracking shows no change since then. My delivery address is approximately 300 miles from the shipping point. There is no response from them so I will try to get PayPal's help.

I purchased 4 tops Feb.3, 2020 and I still have not received them. They giving me the run a round, that due to covid shipping is a lot slower. They sure took my money fast though. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I will be notifying Pay Pal and Pinterest. Now it's too late to get my money back.

Do yourself a favor and stop now. Don't order anything from this site. It may look good on the computer but it's all BS. Cheap crap--all synthetic over-priced junk. Don't order from them. It took over 3 months to get 1 top and it went straight into the trash. No chance of getting your money back. Save your money---pay attention to all these 1 star reviews.

Never never buy from them. They are crooks. Really upset and sorry that I ever bought anything from them. First it took me 3 months to get the dress I order, and only received it today because PayPal was going to refund my money tomorrow. What a coincidence. And, now that I received the dress, and it is a piece of junk. It’s the wrong color, it’s suppose to be a large size, and it fits like an xsmall. It’s suppose to be a long dress and it barely covers my knees. And it doesn’t look at all like the dress on their website. I was warned that they are not a reputable company, but I ordered anyway. I would love to return this very disappointing item, but it will probably cost me a fortune and I’ll probably never get my money back.
Shame on you. I will be putting reviews on Facebook, on trip advisor and any other website that I can find.

Don't know why there isn't an option for no stars here as it makes me angry to even give them one! Took 3 months for my dress to arrive after lots of emails. Oh my goodness the quality is laughable the dress shows no resemblance to the beautiful photo advertised, made from the cheapest crap I've ever seen. I will be doing what I can to get a refund from this company but I'm not too hopeful. Should have read the reviews on here first, live and learn I suppose.

This company is terrible ordered a dress it came totally different suppose to be sleeveless with slits on the side instead it came with long sleeves no slits and the material was super chintzy. The butterfly dress looked so nice but when I received it it was a disaster. Will never buy from this company again I think it is a scam

I placed an order 8 weeks ago and still have not received my order, or a refund. It is excuse after excuse, when they DO reply to my emails. FRAUD

I ordered 4 tops from shoppingnova (under the name Fancyiu) and after waiting 6 weeks they finally came. All 4 were completely different in style, color and size than what I ordered. I have repeatedly Emailed them for a return label but they keep responding with excuses, even asking if I tried them on because they "might fit perfectly." If I ever get a return label to send them back, do you think I'll ever see a refund? This is a scam from China! Beware!
