My chain has faded and I can no longer wear it because it has turned black, I'm not satisfied

Terrible, disappointing need to be out of service took almost a month and I ordered enough for 3 to 5 day shipping, customer service is like asking a brick to help you because you never get a response at all and the phone number says out of service no matter what time of day or night you call,I will never ordered from them again, and I hope this response tell others not to as well.

Delivery time is not as advertised in their website. It says 2-3 day shipping/delivery, but it took almost a month for me to get my package. I had to email and dm on instagram asking for a refund because I didn’t think my pieces were coming. I never received a response from them apologizing or anything, I just saw movement on the tracker after my request for a refund. I feel like had I not asked for a refund, I’d probably still be waiting.

The pieces I got are okay. I like how they look, but they feel like alloy, so we will see if they change color or not. The rose gold cross pendant feels like hard plastic. The Cuban chain it came with also smells like metal and makes my neck itch after wearing for a few hours. I have no known allergies, so not sure what that is all about. It also feel very light, no real weight to the chain even with the pendant. I’m actually glad that the prices are what they are because I’d be extremely dissatisfied had I paid original price for these items and this is how they come back. The box I received doesn’t have their logo on it, nor did I receive the lifetime warranty card they advertise on their site. I mentioned this and have not heard anything back.

I also got a dagger pendant with a Franco chain. I actually like that piece. I didn’t think the chain was so thin, but it works from a minimalist perspective. I’m not sure if I would purchase from here again because of the time it takes to get to you although the website always something else. The dagger pendant feels heavier than the cross pendant I got and the dagger piece is much smaller, but maybe because it is made with .925 silver that adds the weight. If you order from this site, prepare to wait about a month to get your package, not the 2-3 days as advertised. Also, don’t expect a response to an email from them as they still have not addressed my concerns after I received the pieces. They have a lot of cool pieces that I would consider purchasing, but their lack of response, long shipping time, and quality of said chains n pendants has me second guessing… Future reference, customer service can ALWAYS improve a customer’s experience and can often make us repeat customers if the situation is handled properly, and this wasn’t.

The order is damages nobody responds me back….

It took them 5 weeks to deliver my watch! You can't phone them and they don't answer emails. Was supposed to be 5 to 7 business days.

I love the way my chain looks and feels and is guaranteed for life.

I ordered 4 pcs from them several weeks ago and I have not received anything. The email and number do not work and you are not able to get any response from anyone. I would definitely not recommend this site to purchase anything.

Sent one of the wrong items.. Not responding to emails about getting the right one.

Order my order August 13 2023 still haven’t received it and can’t even get in touch with anyone.

Customer service is horrible. Emailed and called many times with no response. I want a refund since product tarnished in 2 days of wearing it. 18k gold doesn't tarnish period. If I could give negative stars I would. Don't waste your time and money on this website

Over a month with no communication about my order at all, even when I PROACTIVELY reached out for an update. Jewelry quality is substandard for the price charged, and my chain is ALREADY fading on the edges of the links after 3 wears. Will not buy from y'all EVER again.

Only got one star cause I couldn't give zero. This company is crooks, they will not communicate with you at all, phone number isn't real, amd will not cancel or return Amy of the trash they send you.

I paid for engraving on the back of the Buddha and it didn’t come with it, I’ve been emailing you guys non stop but no answer.
Haven’t received any info on my refund for about 2 months now, it’s a nice piece overall but it was much more special with the engraving.

the yellow gold color of both the chains i ordered faded in about a week of wearing them. terrible quality.

Chain looks great, but it looks kinda loose at the end where it claps. Weak weld idk...
