Communication is not that great. Shipping charges are good. It would be great if all the packages are shiped standalone under customer name to avoid high coustom duty.

Shopforwarding needs to invest on technology. Their servies feel more backward than when i started using eBay in 2007.

Why I cannot give the service 5 stars is because the delivery time can widely vary. So it's hard if you want a product by a specific date.

BBW mists all DAMAGED!
All my mist bottle from bath and body works which i brought from shop forwarding to Maldives were damaged. meaning we do business, all bottles packaging was damaged, and labelling. we cannot sell it like this. it was abig loss. 1 whole bottle was empty. very bad . sorry to say. as a freight forwarder you should'nt have sent those as Bath and body send to you. It's withing US. so each bottle bubble wrapping no need. but as you are sending it here, as a freight forwarder its your responsibility to do a proper packaging. That's my view.

Review of Shipping Service
I don’t recommend this service unless you’re shipping heavy, non-electronic items (5 kg+). They pack your items with other customers to increase weight thus saving their costs and increase shipping times
They claimed shipping would cost around $5 on their website. However, when I purchased a $52 LG G2 phone on eBay, I ended up paying $48 for shipping and various "value-added costs." The package took over a month to arrive from 18008 NW Sylvania Ln, Portland, OR 97229 their address.
At least the service works, and you won't be liable for US sales tax at that address. Other than creating a new account to get your shipping address via email, the website has limited use, and the shipping rates are absurd.
Payments can only be made through PayPal or bank transfer. If you exceed your dollar limit, you’ll need to buy or earn more dollars, which is more expensive just to cover shipping costs.
I’m Maldivian, but I have a friend in India with an even worse experience. If you don’t keep up with their email newsletter (e.g., they send notices about not shipping lotions or shampoos of 250 ml or less), your ignorance could lead to items not being shipped or being charged triple.
In total, I paid around $100 for shipping, nearly the same cost as the phone.
I recommend trying shippingxps.com for the Maldives; their FedEx International Connect prices are far better than these guys or MyUS (even MyUS Redbox quoted $18 with no additional fees).
Edit (After a Few Months):
They claim I’m a competitor and not a real customer, but I’ve set my invoice as my profile picture and changed my username from "rootedismail" to my real name (Ismail Shakir). My invoice number is #9313.
Communication has been slow, taking about six days per message. When I called their number (857-294-9577) using my international T-Mobile SIM, I only heard a beeping sound for 10 minutes, despite multiple attempts.

Battery Sticker/Dangerous Goods Fee: $4.99
Base Charge: $4.99
Handling and Package Consolidation: $1.99
Local Customs Clearance and Handling: $3.75
Maldives Customs Stamp Charges: $1.49
PayPal Charge (1%): $2.11 (can be avoided with a direct bank transfer)
Import Tax (5% of cost): $7.45
Total Paid for Shipping: $48.76
Phone Cost: $52 (used LG G2)
I was lied to about customs to reduce costs but ended up paying an extra $22.

Months later, they requested I delete my review if I received a refund. I complied and waited a week, but still no refund. Initially, they offered a 50% refund.
(latest update) After providing evidence (imgur link), they now claim that FedEx—not them—might take months to process a refund.
After I posted this review, they likely sent out a newsletter informing customers that the new iPhone will have a fixed shipping rate of $55, excluding a 5% import tax, a 1% stamp fee, and clearance charges.
Now they are lying and saying that I asked for a paypal refund when I just sent my BML acc number over 11 days ago and they never replied and now they are replying, it's ridiculous, here is evidence:

Bad service, bad packaging very late and comes damaged
Bad service, bad communication, bad packaging came very late and damaged. Not recommended any more. Used to be good.
Update 1: Have agreed for the refund but have still not paid as of September 13 2024
