First time ordered on here..

First time ordered on here... our food was hour and half late even after us ringing 3 times ... we had a meal deal which had curries etc yet they forgot the rice .... rang them straight away they came over hour later which our other food was then cold.

mega service

mega app, quick response off shop if what you ordered is out of stock & do I want a replacement or refund, delivery people really helpful & polite, I cant fault them at all, so most of all we must keep these local shops open

Gas rate and one star because that's because it's there if it was no scars they are given no stars because at the end of the day they get into confused when I have a delivery to my house I'm a mother's address and he shared my information saying to the government I got a business I am going to business and at the end of the day when they don't train up we delivery and still get charged for price and a child you for 15 pence for carry bags are known full well you don't have carry bags and you make your old age and the much money I spend on these site I spent over a thousand pound and RV wrong after time and attending they got a cheek they charge people during reunitive three hours to come because every last Sunday and he took nearly three hours to come to the first delivered to the wrong house but again do anything thinking the day I am fed up and the advertised things on line and you're rolled up the stock and they always charge you more for the product and it actually cost at the end of the day they charge me 150 for something and it was only worth 16 pence and I got all my receipts so again detail I wouldn't make them attended they are useless three hours for delivery attend a day and I never tune up to my house when my delivery there's always to my mother's house because the exactly can't deliver what I live but I live in Welch in I mean no I'm not changing my report because yesterday when I ordered I ordered cog core zero and basically when they drive a gun I ordered four locks at 24 and they were all open every one of them was open and the driver a swolly kept on doing who is not my fault river it's not my fault proverb I can't do today and I messaged them and I'm still waiting for a response you can't deliver treasure pop all open packaging every one of them and he even passed me a can a loose khan out of the 24 or sorry but sorry but not my fault now my fault but I met him but I'm still waiting for a response attended I am fed up of things mistakes happening and you know willing to do anything about it again today when the drivers take things off you Nan don't come back with no change well you could do and I gotten retail endlessly the people all their use shouldn't be working from end of because if you dealing with cash you should count to some results we change so they come here when we're not changed the expect a tip again when you spending to the pound or 300 pound and then our result to stock and they got a cheek and delivery charges again the day I am fed up arriving my pop or anything and it all open and and that's the company and you know willing to do nothing about it but yet again so no I'm not changing my report

Packing problem

I'm happy with the overall experience but today someone decided to place 2 heavy bottles of pop in the bag with a cake. The cake is now flat. I have to now go out and buy 1 as it's for a friend.

in store prices on shopezy

Shopezy dont charge extra on items like other delivery apps. U pay instore prices. Delivery driver is very helpfull.
