Awful experience
Awful experience, the pan I bought literally spoiled after one use- contacted for help and was given patronising guidance on how to soak a pan in soapy water! Straight in the bin and £30 worse off!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We have reviewed the photos provided and can confirm that the residue appears to be burnt food stuck to the pan, rather than a defect.
We recommend soaking the pan in warm water with washing-up liquid and gently cleaning it with a sponge. For tougher stains on stainless steel, Bar Keepers Friend can also be used.

I love these pans
I love these pans! They fit in my pan drawer so well and all come with a lovely sleeve which protects the non stick from being scratched. And they truly are non stick.
I don't put them in the dishwasher or at least I didn't but recently I thought I would try, and they come out just as pristine as if I had hand washed them.

The regal x-clean 7 is great to clean my kitchen and picks up all the dog hair - it’s quick and easy to use…
The regal x-clean 7 that I ordered arrives really quickly.
The machine is brilliant - I have a dog and usually the kitchen takes a good 30-45 mins to clean fully, however with the Tefal it takes about 15mins to clean the floor, including the time it takes to clean out the water filter. It has saves me lots of time and it’s easy enough to use that both my kids and my husband can use it.
