I have spent some time researching for…
I have spent some time researching for an iron to suit my needs, both as a family person and an addicted dressmaker. I had the Philips Perfect Care for two years but was disappointed with it's lack of steam despite repairs. Well A.I. recommended the Tefal and boy does it steam. I've been using it daily for a couple of weeks and have never needed to use more than the eco setting. The iron would have arrived within a couple of days except for the incompetence of the carrier. But Tefal helped to get the delivery back on track and it was well worth the wait. Also, Tefal is committed to sustainability with their repair facility. I'm looking forward to many happy years with my iron.

Great set of pans!
I originally bought a set of these pans to use in our motorhome, primarily as they would be easy to store. I really liked them so when I needed to replace the pans in the house, decided on the same ones. The detachable handles took a bit of getting used to, but make storage, dishwasher & fridge storage easy. I use these pans differently to my old set. Whereas previously I would have decanted leftovers into plastic tubs, I now just put the sealed lid on the pan & put it in the fridge for the next day. Definitely recommend this set of pans - easy to clean, easy to store.

Very easy to order from the website and…
Very easy to order from the website and quick and very well packaged delivery. I ordered the block of knives with the built in knife sharpener and have to say they are excellent, they glide through anything I've tried to cut and feel nice to hold in your hand, just the right weight and shape to hold. I would certainly buy these again. They were on off for £99 and more than happy with this price.

Ordered the cordless iron and it arrived in a battered taped up box. when I took the iron out water dripped out of it as if it had been used and when I switched it on the flashing light came on but went straight off again and it never heated up. Appeared as if it had been bought and returned as damaged. Very disappointing.

Dreadful customer service and not next day delivery
I placed an order for a steam generator iron via the website which promised next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. The item did not arrive the next day, in fact it hadn’t even been collected by the courier. I raised the issue via the online form on the website and did not receive a response until two days later which was generic and didn’t look into the issue at all. I called the customer service on two separate occasions and the staff I spoke to were not helpful and just fed information from a screen “your order is waiting to be collected. I can’t tell you anything more”. No apology, no offer to look into what has gone wrong. In the end I received the item two days late. The product itself is good but the customer service was dreadful so sadly I would not buy from them again. I needed this item urgently and because of the promise of next day delivery that’s why I ordered from them. They failed on this and quite frankly couldn’t care less. I did raise a complaint through their website - the response I received was “we will try better next time”. There will not be a next time from me.
